Can you return unopened trading cards to GameStop?

What about graded cards?
GameStop’s policy names graded PSA cards as non-returnable. Its graded trading cards FAQ is explicit: “Graded cards are final sale. Customers will be unable to return their cards in store or online.”
Why don’t GameStop’s general return windows apply?
GameStop gives general return periods for merchandise that is eligible: unopened new products are generally returnable within 15 days, while pre-owned products have a seven-day refund window. Those are general terms subject to product-specific exclusions. What should you do if your order arrived damaged or incorrect?
The policy pages do not establish a specific remedy for trading cards that arrive damaged, are mis-shipped, or are otherwise handled incorrectly. Contact GameStop with your receipt or order number and a clear description of the problem; do not assume an exception or refund is guaranteed. - For an in-store purchase, GameStop says to return the item to a GameStop store with the receipt.
- An online purchase may be returned in store with its packing slip if the total is under $500.
- For a return by mail, GameStop’s help page states that a fee applies. Online returns may not qualify for the standard portal if the order includes digital content or used specified fulfillment methods.
- When visiting a store, bring the in-store receipt or GameStop.com order number. The policy identifies proof of purchase as including an order number, order confirmation email, original sales receipt, packing slip, or return barcode.
