Goliath Ventures announced on July 12, 2024, that it had acquired 12,000 square feet of downtown Orlando office space and would use it as a U.S. second headquarters alongside its Dubai operations. That figure and description came from the company’s announcement, not an independently verified property record. A receiver’s report dated March 31, 2026, later described the listed Orlando business address as unoccupied and apparently under construction. That is a dated observation, not confirmation of the address’s current condition.

What Goliath Ventures announced in 2024

Buzz Blockchain published the announcement on July 12, 2024. It said Goliath Ventures had acquired 12,000 square feet in downtown Orlando and characterized the space as the company’s second headquarters, complementing its Dubai operations. The announcement identified Chris Delgado as CEO and named attorney Mark NeJames in connection with securing the space. [c001]

Delgado described the rationale as access to Orlando’s talent pool and technology ecosystem: “Our new Orlando office is a testament to our commitment to innovation and growth. By establishing a second headquarters in the United States, we are positioning ourselves to tap into the rich talent pool and vibrant tech ecosystem Orlando offers.” The announcement said the space would support collaboration, development, and outreach; it did not demonstrate that those outcomes occurred.

What a receiver reported about the address in 2026

A receiver’s report dated March 31, 2026, said the listed downtown Orlando business address was unoccupied, empty, and apparently under construction when the receiver visited. This records the reported condition at that visit; it does not establish the property’s present occupancy or ownership. [c002]

The same report says Goliath Ventures filed Chapter 11 voluntary petitions on March 16, 2026. It also describes the company’s entity history: Gen-Z Venture Firm Inc. was incorporated in Florida in 2019 and renamed Goliath Ventures Inc. in 2021; that Florida entity was voluntarily dissolved in September 2025, while a Goliath Ventures Inc. entity was incorporated in Wyoming that month. The report identifies Christopher Alexander Delgado as a senior insider. [c002]

Legal developments reported after the office announcement

The receiver’s filing says the United States filed a criminal complaint against Delgado on February 20, 2026, alleging wire fraud and money laundering and describing a Ponzi scheme. These are allegations summarized in a receiver’s report, not a finding of guilt. [c002]

WESH reported on May 26, 2026, on the government’s effort to obtain assets allegedly bought with proceeds of the scheme. On June 24, 2026, WESH reported that Delgado had agreed to a plea deal. The materials available here do not establish the final court disposition, so the reported agreement should not be described as a settled outcome. [c003] [c004]

How to interpret the expansion claim

The Orlando office story is a company announcement from July 2024, not evidence of the office’s later operation or business impact. Its 12,000-square-foot figure, second-headquarters framing, and projected benefits should be attributed to that announcement. The receiver’s March 2026 account supplies a later, dated snapshot of the listed address and legal process; it does not establish what the office or property is like now.
