Disney+ standalone plans and bundles
Disney+ lists standalone U.S. pricing of $11.99 a month for the ad-supported plan and $18.99 for Premium, which is ad-free. Both plans advertise video up to 4K UHD and HDR, subject to the title, device, and connection speed; Premium allows downloads on up to 10 devices. Disney+ warns that prices can vary with third-party billing.

The service also lists bundles that combine Disney+ with Hulu, HBO Max, or ESPN. A bundle’s headline price is not a standalone price for each service, and the included versions differ. Access is through separate services, and eligibility, features, billing arrangements, and bundle availability may vary. Check the included tiers and total at checkout rather than assuming every bundle has the same ad or feature terms. Disney+’s pricing page contains multiple dated entries; the rates in the table above come from its updated pricing block.
Hulu: confirmed ad-supported price, no-ads rate not established
Hulu’s official help result lists its standalone plan with ads at $11.99 a month. It also notes a price change for subscribers who signed up before the stated date, effective in billing periods on or after October 21, 2026. Because that date is after October 8, it should not be treated as an already-effective change. The available official information does not establish Hulu’s current standalone no-ads price; check Hulu’s plan page for the rate applicable to your account.

Amazon Prime Video: membership is only one possible charge
Amazon describes several ways to pay for Prime Video content: some titles are included with Prime, while others can be rented or purchased, accessed through add-on subscriptions, or purchased as pay-per-view. Add-on fees are on top of the Prime membership cost, and the included catalog changes over time. A Prime Video bill can therefore include more than the membership fee.
Amazon’s March 2026 announcement says Prime Video Ultra is a paid ad-free option and that the Prime membership price did not change when Ultra launched; it does not state the membership price. A secondary 2026 guide reports $14.99 a month or $139 a year for Prime, but that figure is not confirmed here by an official Amazon membership pricing page. Verify current membership, standalone Prime Video, and ad-free add-on rates directly with Amazon. See Amazon’s billing explanation and Amazon’s Prime Video Ultra announcement.

How to compare streaming costs fairly
- Use the same market and billing period. The prices in this guide are U.S. prices and are monthly unless specified otherwise. Do not compare a monthly plan with an annual total without converting the billing interval.
- Match ad levels. Compare ad-supported plans with ad-supported plans, and ad-free with ad-free. The cheaper tier may have restrictions or differ in features.
- Count the services in a bundle. Identify which catalogs and plan tiers are included, and whether you would otherwise pay for all of them. A bundle’s price is not proof that every service is ad-free.
- Add likely extras. Include paid extra members, Prime Video channels, rentals, purchases, pay-per-view, and any ad-free upgrade you expect to use.
- Check the actual bill. Taxes, third-party billing, promotions, eligibility, legacy plans, and announced price changes can affect what a subscriber pays. Confirm the plan and renewal amount at the provider’s checkout page.
Prices for other major services
Current official standalone prices for HBO Max, Peacock, Paramount+, and Apple TV are not established in the pricing information used here. Because this article is about prices “now,” inserting unverified figures from search snippets or secondary articles would risk giving you an outdated or mismatched rate. Check each service’s own live plan page before adding it to a household budget.
