What “NetJets owns” means—and what it does not prove
“NetJets fleet” is more precise than saying Warren Buffett owns these airplanes. NetJets identifies itself as a Berkshire Hathaway company. Its Share program offers fractional aircraft ownership and leasing, and describes access to aircraft in the fleet. The company’s public fleet page is a list of aircraft models, not a dated registry of tail numbers, a model-by-model inventory, or a breakdown of which aircraft are company-owned, fractionally owned, leased or managed for another party. The sources establish the corporate connection to Berkshire Hathaway, not Warren Buffett’s personal title to any specific aircraft.
NetJets’ reported scale and 2026 delivery plan
NetJets’ current access page reports more than 1,400 worldwide flights daily, nearly 500,000 annual flights and access to more than 5,000 airports. These are company-reported figures, not independently audited totals.
