Lotterywest later confirmed that the Northam ticket was claimed by a 28-person syndicate. The sources available here do not establish whether the Pinjarra ticket was claimed. Both tickets were reported as worth more than $1.6 million in Lotterywest’s announcement on 14 April 2025; that announcement described their status at that time, not today.

One was sold at Northam Central Newsagency and the other at The Lucky Charm Pinjarra. Both were unclaimed when Lotterywest published its announcement. Lotterywest’s announcement

How long did the winners have to claim?
Lotterywest’s current guidance says prizes must be claimed within 12 months of the draw date. Division One prizes must be claimed at Lotterywest Head Office during office hours and are subject to a 14-day validation period. Lotterywest prize-claim guidance
For the 12 April 2025 draw, the 12-month claim period fell in April 2026. That deadline does not show whether the Pinjarra prize was claimed before it expired; the available reports do not provide that result.

What else Lotterywest reported about the draw
Lotterywest’s 14 April report also said the draw produced 17 Division Two wins worth more than $8,700 each. Those are figures from that dated report, not current Saturday Lotto prize values. The report quoted Lotterywest spokesperson James Mooney describing three Division One prizes, each worth more than $1 million, as being “somewhere in WA” at the time. This was a snapshot of the situation on 14 April 2025, before the Northam claim was confirmed.
