A separate Maryland regulator filing, based on information WebTPA supplied for an insurer matter, describes broader network access from March 6 through May 12, 2023. These are different time windows: the Maryland filing’s dates describe network access, while WebTPA’s notice identifies the narrower period in which personal information may have been accessed or obtained. Does the breach affect you?
The clearest indication is an individualized breach notice from WebTPA, an insurer, a benefit plan or another entity maintaining your information. The notice uses variable text because the data elements differed by recipient. The settlement FAQ says potential class membership generally depends on having received an incident notification from a defendant. Not receiving a notice does not let you infer which data WebTPA held about you; contact your health plan or insurer if you are unsure whether a letter applies to you. Settlement FAQ
The headline figure of 2.4 million is not independently established by the WebTPA notice or the Maryland filing described here. Those materials concern individual notices and the TLIC insurer matter, respectively, and should not be presented as verification of the overall total.

What should you do if you received a notice?
- Read the notice carefully. Identify which information it says may have been involved and whether it gives you a deadline or a case-specific contact.
- Review your credit reports and financial activity. Look for unfamiliar accounts, inquiries or transactions. Use the no-cost credit-report options available to you rather than assuming a paid monitoring service is required.
- Review health-plan documents. Check Explanations of Benefits for care or claims you do not recognize.
- Respond to suspicious activity promptly. Contact the bank, insurer, plan administrator or other entity that maintains the affected information using a trusted contact method. Consider placing a fraud alert or credit freeze if your circumstances warrant it.

What state-law context matters?
Florida’s 2026 statute generally requires notice to affected Florida individuals without unreasonable delay and within 30 days after determining that a breach occurred or having reason to believe it occurred, subject to statutory exceptions. It also sets minimum notice contents. This is Florida-specific context; the available incident materials do not establish whether the law governs a particular recipient or whether WebTPA complied with any state or federal law.
