A March 16, 2025 announcement published under the Business NewsWire label reported that Vaughn Plummer would join The Zeus Network as a co-owner and acquire a 20% stake. The Zeus pages reviewed for this article describe the streaming service but do not independently confirm the ownership claim or percentage, so both remain attributed to that announcement.
What the announcement says about Vaughn Plummer
The syndicated report, published by Big News Network under the source label “Business NewsWire,” says Plummer agreed to acquire a 20% stake in Zeus and would take part in decision-making and content development. It also says his experience includes video production, work with artists and a period at Atlantic Records. These are claims from the announcement, not independently verified details in the official Zeus pages reviewed. Read the announcement.
The report attributes this statement to Plummer: “I am excited to be joining Zeus and look forward to bringing innovative ideas to both existing and upcoming shows.” The quote appears in the syndicated announcement; the sources reviewed did not include a first-party interview, recording or official transcript.
Has Zeus confirmed the reported 20% stake?
The official Zeus pages reviewed describe the platform and its service, but do not confirm that Plummer became a co-owner or acquired 20%. That does not establish that no confirmation exists elsewhere; it means the ownership terms cannot be independently verified from those pages. The figure should therefore be described as what the March 2025 announcement reported, not as an established ownership record. Zeus’s official site.

A reported ownership stake also does not, by itself, establish how much operational control or voting power an investor has. The announcement describes a role in decision-making, but the sources reviewed do not set out governance rights or the terms of any transaction.
Why the report could matter for Zeus’s shows
Zeus describes itself as a subscription video-on-demand entertainment network offering premium programming and original series. If the reported content-development role materializes, Plummer could potentially influence the ideas or projects considered for existing and future shows. That is a possible implication of the reported plan, not evidence of a programming change or a demonstrated “game-changer.”
