UBSE released the UTET 2023 admit card in September 2023, but the old download is not confirmed to be available now. The official UBSE UTET page lists the 2023 admit-card notice and links to the UTET portal; that portal currently displays information for the 2026 cycle. Candidates looking for historical records should start at the UBSE Departmental Exam/UTET page, rather than assuming a 2023 hall-ticket link still works.
How the UTET 2023 admit card was downloaded
Scroll.in reported on September 26, 2023, that candidates could retrieve the hall ticket through the official UTET portal. These are the historical steps reported at the time, not confirmation that the 2023 download remains live:
- Open the UBSE Departmental Exam/UTET page and follow its link to the official UTET portal, ukutet.com.
- Select Login and enter the candidate login details.
- Submit the form, download the admit card, and print it.
The current portal has applicant login and an admit-card route, but its visible information is for UTET 2026. A working endpoint for downloading the 2023 card has not been confirmed.
What the admit card and prospectus said to bring
The 2023 prospectus said the exam date and centre would be indicated on the admit card. It instructed candidates to bring the downloaded card along with identity proof, giving Aadhaar, driving licence, voter ID, passport, and PAN card as examples. Candidates should rely on the instructions applicable to their own exam cycle, not treat those historical requirements as current-cycle guidance.

UTET 2023 exam date and reported shifts
Scroll.in reported that UTET I and UTET II were scheduled for September 29, 2023, in separate shifts:
| Paper | Reported date and time |
|---|---|
| UTET I | September 29, 2023, 10:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m. |
| UTET II | September 29, 2023, 2:00 p.m.–4:30 p.m. |
These dates and times are historical details reported by Scroll.in; the board’s notice text was not available in the captured listing to independently confirm them. For an individual candidate, the date and centre printed on the admit card were the relevant details.

Reported fallback for candidates unable to download
Scroll.in also reported that candidates who could not download the card online could collect it at nodal centres on September 27–28, 2023. The captured board document listing includes a nodal-centre list, but does not expose the notice’s full text. Those collection dates have passed and are not a current option.

For notices and records, use UBSE’s official Departmental Exam/UTET page. It lists “Notification For UTET I & II Exam Admit Card 2023” and points to the UTET portal. Since the portal is presently showing a later cycle, availability of the historical 2023 admit card cannot be inferred from its current login or download links.
