UPPSC PCS Mark Sheet 2021: The 2022 Download Window Has Closed

The UPPSC PCS 2021 marksheet was released in November 2022 with a November 16 to 22 download window. That window has closed, and here is how to check for access now.

The UPPSC PCS 2021 marksheet was released in November 2022, and the download window reported at the time (November 16 to 22, 2022) has ended. If you are looking for that link today, do not assume it still works. The Scroll Staff report that announced the release is dated November 17, 2022, and the official UPPSC homepage I checked does not list a PCS 2021 marksheet notice among its visible items. Current access through another route is not confirmed by the available evidence.

What was announced in 2022

Scroll Staff reported on November 17, 2022 that candidates of the Combined State/Upper Subordinate Services Examination 2021 (commonly called PCS 2021) could download their marksheets from the official UPPSC website between November 16 and 22 using their registration number and date of birth. The same report gave the result context: 627 candidates were selected for appointment against 678 vacancies, leaving 51 vacancies unfilled, and it said the PCS Main Examination 2021 final results were announced on October 19. The report did not state the year alongside that October date, so treat that date as reported without a year.

The download steps as they were reported

These were the instructions in the 2022 report. They describe the historical process, not a current procedure:

  1. Go to the UPPSC website, uppsc.up.nic.in.
  2. Find the notice titled “CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD MARKSHEET & CUT OFF OF ADVT. NO. A-1/E-1/2021, COMBINED STATE/UPPER SUBORDINATE SERVICES EXAM 2021.”
  3. Enter your registration number and date of birth, then download or print the marksheet shown on screen.

Why the old link is not a reliable route today

The window was a fixed seven-day period in November 2022. Its end date has passed by more than three years, so the link should be treated as expired unless UPPSC itself states otherwise. The current homepage snapshot shows marksheet notices for other advertisements, which confirms that UPPSC posts such notices, but it does not show the PCS 2021 notice.

How to check whether you can still get a copy

The evidence does not establish whether UPPSC will still issue an individual copy. These are the steps that are supported by what is currently published:

  • Check the official site first. Open uppsc.up.nic.in and look for any current notice referring to the 2021 marksheet or cut-off, not just the older link in search results.
  • Use your OTR number. The homepage says the applicant’s OTR number is the registration number for submitting applications. Use it to sign in to the Candidate Dashboard, which the homepage directs users to for application, examination and interview details. Your dashboard may still show your result-related information, but the evidence does not confirm that it holds the 2021 marksheet itself.
  • Save any copy you already have. If you downloaded the marksheet in November 2022, store the PDF or printout with your other exam and appointment records. That document is generally the easiest proof to produce later.
  • Contact UPPSC through its official website. If the dashboard does not show what you need, ask UPPSC in writing through the contact information on its official site. No named official or phone line is confirmed by the evidence, so do not rely on a number from a third-party page.

What to avoid

Many pages that rank for this topic repeat the 2022 instructions as if they were live. Do not enter your registration number or date of birth on any third-party site that claims to offer the marksheet. Use only the official UPPSC website.

Keep the reference details for future exams

Whatever result document you hold, keep the registration number, the advertisement number (A-1/E-1/2021 for this exam), and the result announcement dates together. Those three details are what UPPSC’s notices and the candidate dashboard refer to, and they are the fastest way to answer a future verification request.
