How the done-for-you process works
- Create an account and pay for a plan.
- Complete the business questionnaire. You provide services, location, contact details, branding preferences, and other information.

- Review and launch the site. UENI advertises a one-to-one launch and training call.

Do not upgrade solely because a feature sounds advanced. Confirm that the specific integration, workflow, export option, or support response you need is actually included.
How customizable is UENI?
UENI personalizes the initial site around your industry and business information, but that is different from giving you complete design control. But SEO has three separate layers:

UENI says its plans can support bookings and product sales, with unlimited products and bookings under its current terms. That makes it potentially suitable for a small catalog, local retail, service deposits, appointments, or a business that wants simple commerce without configuring a separate store platform.
The Ecommerce tier adds more advanced tools, including subscriptions, digital products, abandoned-cart recovery, shipping, tax, loyalty, reviews, and back-in-stock notifications.
For a larger store, confirm support for:
- Product variants and bulk imports;
- Multiple warehouses and advanced inventory rules;
- International currencies and tax jurisdictions;
- Wholesale pricing and customer accounts;

- Detailed analytics and API access;

That initial revision window reduces the risk of receiving a first draft that does not accurately represent your business. However, clarify whether unlimited edits apply only to the initial site, whether substantial redesigns are included, and what happens after the first 30 days.
