What were the winning Australian Powerball numbers?
PerthNow reported the main numbers as 12, 33, 23, 35, 1, 26, 32 and the Powerball as 10. These are the results reported for the Australian draw covered by the article, not US Powerball numbers.
Where were the winning tickets sold?
The two jackpot-winning tickets were sold in New South Wales and Queensland, according to PerthNow’s 1 February 2024 report. The report did not say which state’s ticket matched which holder, name the holders, or describe whether either ticket belonged to a syndicate.
How much did the tickets win?
The two tickets shared a reported jackpot of $200 million. The report does not provide a reliable per-ticket or per-person payout breakdown, so it is not possible to say from this account how much an individual owner received. The Lott’s FY24 game summary later described the $200 million offer as the largest Australian Powerball jackpot at that time.

PerthNow compared the jackpot with the previous Australian Lotto record of $160 million, set in October 2022. That comparison is historical and refers to the record cited in the 2024 report.
Were the winning tickets claimed?
The report did not confirm whether either ticket had been claimed, when a claim may have been made, or whether a winner came forward publicly. No claim status should be inferred from the ticket locations or the jackpot result.

The Lott’s general guidance says major prizes such as Division 1 can be claimed in person at a relevant head office or by post, with the ticket’s purchase jurisdiction governing the claim. Its Help Centre lists claim deadlines of six years for NSW and the ACT, and seven years for Queensland. These are general operator rules, not confirmation of the status or eligibility of these particular tickets; check current guidance with The Lott before acting.

The article also said more than 874,000 WA players won prizes across Divisions Two to Nine. That figure refers to lower divisions, not jackpot winners. PerthNow further reported that more than $43.3 million had been raised for the WA community through Lotterywest’s grants program by sales connected with the jackpot period; it was not a grant to a single recipient or a donation made by the jackpot winners.
