TSPSC released the preliminary Group-IV answer keys and scanned candidate OMR sheets on August 28, 2023, for Notification No. 19/2022. The OMR-copy access window closed on September 27, 2023, at 5:00 PM, so the steps below describe the process reported at the time—not a current download service. The Commission’s notice does not establish whether individual archived sheets are available now.
What was released, and when?
The Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) conducted the Group-IV Services objective written examination in OMR mode across 33 Telangana districts on July 1, 2023. The exam was held in two sessions. The Commission notice said preliminary master-question-paper keys and scanned digital OMR copies would be displayed from August 28, 2023. Read the TSPSC notice for Notification No. 19/2022.
The notice reported these counts for the scanned sheets displayed:
- Paper I: 763,835 scanned OMR answer sheets.
- Paper II: 761,026 scanned OMR answer sheets.
Those are display counts in the Commission’s 2023 notice, not the provisional day-of-exam counts. The same notice separately reported 762,872 for Paper I and 761,198 for Paper II on exam day.

When could candidates object to the preliminary key?
Candidates could submit objections online through the Commission website from August 30 through September 4, 2023, with submissions due by 5:00 PM on September 4. The notice said objections received in the prescribed format by the deadline would be sent to an expert committee for an opinion, with the Commission making the appropriate decision. In the notice’s words: “The objections received in the prescribed proforma within due date will be referred to Expert Committee for opinion to take appropriate decision thereon by the Commission.”

TSPSC made the final keys available on October 6, 2023, after an expert committee reviewed objections and the Commission approved the resulting keys. Unlike the preliminary-key stage, the Commission said it would not entertain further objections to the final keys. Scroll.in reported the final-key announcement on October 6, 2023.
