The TSPSC Group-I final results for the 2024 recruitment cycle were reported as released on 24 September 2025. To find the result, open the TGPSC Selected Candidates Marks portal and look for “02/2024 – GROUP-I SERVICES.” “2024” refers to the recruitment notification and exam cycle, not the year the final results were announced.
Where to check the TSPSC Group-I final result
- Open the TGPSC official website and go to its Selected Candidates Marks section.
- Find the entry titled “02/2024 – GROUP-I SERVICES.” The Commission’s selected-candidates portal lists this recruitment entry.
- Open the live entry and follow the instructions shown there to view the result or marks. A direct PDF URL and whether individual marks require login have not been confirmed, so use the Commission’s portal rather than an unverified third-party download.
Why the result is called “2024” when it came out in 2025
The Commission issued Group-I Services Notification No. 02/2024 on 19 February 2024. The notification scheduled the preliminary test for May or June and the mains for September or October 2024; the preliminary test took place on 9 June 2024. The mains were held from 21 to 27 October 2024, and the General Ranking List was hosted on 30 March 2025. Telangana Today reported that TGPSC released the final results on the evening of 24 September 2025.
How many candidates were selected
Telangana Today reported 562 provisional selections against 563 notified posts, with the result for one post withheld because of a court case. The available copy of the notice is hosted by a third party, not verified as a Commission PDF. It describes the selection as provisional and subject to pending court proceedings, including Writ Appeal No. 1066 of 2025 and batch cases. The current status of the withheld post and those proceedings is not established here; check for a current Commission notice or court order before relying on a later update.
Official result versus news reports
The Commission’s selected-candidates portal is the authoritative place to check its current list and any available marks information. News coverage can establish the reported announcement date and selection count, but it is not a replacement for the live official entry. The Commission’s Group-I recruitment notices and process updates may also be useful for subsequent official notices.
