TSPSC hosted the hall tickets for Notification No. 13/2022 on 28 December 2022 at 10:00 a.m. The written test was scheduled for 3 January 2023, so “2022” refers to the recruitment notification—not the exam date. The old individual download link is not confirmed to work today.
Which TSPSC recruitment did the hall ticket cover?
Notification No. 13/2022 was a Women and Child Welfare Officer recruitment for Telangana’s Women Development and Child Welfare Department. It included Child Development Project Officer (CDPO), ICDS and additional CDPO/ICDS roles, along with Manager of Warehouse posts. The notification listed 23 vacancies in total. The current Telangana Public Service Commission recruitment portal continues to list the notification and its historical application dates: TGPSC recruitment portal.
The hall-ticket release notice, dated 27 December 2022, said tickets would be hosted the following day at 10:00 a.m. Candidates were advised to download them in advance to avoid a last-minute rush. The notice and schedule were reported in this reproduced Commission notice.
When was the exam, and what was the download deadline?
The Computer Based Recruitment Test (CBRT) was scheduled for 3 January 2023 in two sessions:
| Session | Scheduled time |
|---|---|
| Forenoon (FN) | 10:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m. |
| Afternoon (AN) | 2:30 p.m.–5:00 p.m. |
The notice said the download facility would remain available until 45 minutes before the examination began. These dates and times apply to the 2022–23 recruitment; they are not a current exam schedule.
How candidates downloaded the hall ticket in 2022
Scroll’s contemporaneous report described this historical workflow. It does not establish that the old endpoint still works:
- Visit the TSPSC website and open the CDPO hall-ticket link.
- Enter the TSPSC ID and date of birth requested on the login page, then submit.
- View the hall ticket, download it and print it.
The recruitment notification said applicants who had forgotten their TSPSC ID could use the Commission’s “Know Your TSPSC_ID” feature with their registered identity details. The historical steps and link were reported by Scroll. The Commission’s release notice directed candidates to follow the instructions printed on their hall ticket.

The sources establish that hall tickets were made available for the 2022–23 examination, but they do not confirm that the historic individual download page remains operational. For current official information about the notification, consult the TGPSC recruitment portal; do not treat an archived news link as a live ticket-retrieval service.
