The launch coverage names Treet Battery Limited (PSX: TBL) as the battery business behind Lithion NeoPower; Treet Corporation is the parent/group context. The line is described in two broad families:
- Residential energy-storage systems: A proposition combining rooftop solar, a hybrid inverter, battery storage, and energy management.
- Lead-acid replacement batteries: A series intended for residential and commercial use.
These are product-family descriptions, not confirmation that every product or configuration is available to buy. Launch coverage does not provide a current model list, capacity and voltage options, consumer pricing, confirmed retailers, or product-specific warranty terms. What is known about chemistry and performance
Treet Corporation’s February 10, 2026 company article identifies Lithion NeoPower as using lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO₄) chemistry and claims at least 6,000 cycles. That is a company claim, not an independently verified test result: the article does not establish test conditions, usable depth of discharge, operating temperature, or independent validation. Cycle count alone is not a complete measure of value. Buyers need to know the conditions behind the figure, the capacity remaining at the end of the specified cycles, the warranty’s exclusions, and how the battery will work with the chosen inverter and battery-management system (BMS).
How the launch fits Treet’s earlier plans
In September 2025, Treet Battery announced a strategic partnership with China-based Highstar Digital Energy Technology (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. for its lithium-ion market entry. Partnership announcement

In a January 19, 2026 interview with Business Recorder, Treet Corporation CEO Syed Sheharyar Ali described an initial plan to import batteries and inverters across about five SKUs and sizes, including tower and wall-mounted formats. He said local assembly and, later, development of battery-management systems in Pakistan were intended possibilities after the company learned which imported products suited local demand. That distinction matters when assessing claims about local production. The May launch establishes a named product line, while the cited earlier rollout account sets out a staged strategy rather than proof of where current units are made.

What the market figures do—and do not—show
Pakistan’s solar growth provides context for the launch, but broad market figures should not be mistaken for Treet sales or demand forecasts:
- Business Recorder reported on May 13, 2026 that the Policy Research Institute for Equitable Development (PRIED) put installed solar PV panels across Pakistan at 33 gigawatts. Treet Battery’s 2024 annual report gives historical company-reported net sales revenue of PKR 8.7 billion for FY2024 and identifies the DS100 as a solar-specific battery. What to check before comparing a battery offer
Until a seller provides an exact Lithion NeoPower model and documentation, compare any proposed system on details that determine whether it will work, what it costs to own, and who will support it:
- Usable capacity and voltage: Confirm the rated and usable energy, nominal voltage, and whether the quoted capacity is for one battery or a complete system.
- Inverter and BMS compatibility: Ask for the compatible inverter models, communication protocol, and written confirmation that the inverter can read and safely manage the battery.
- Chemistry and performance basis: Verify the chemistry and request test conditions behind any cycle-life claim, including the depth of discharge and end-of-life capacity used.
- Warranty and service: Get the warranty document, identify who handles claims in Pakistan, and clarify coverage, exclusions, response process, and service availability.
- Installed price: Compare the complete installed quote, including inverter, wiring, protection equipment, installation, and any required upgrades—not just a battery-only price.
- Seller continuity: Check how long the seller has operated and who remains responsible if the seller or installer stops trading.
Ali raised the broader warranty issue in the January interview: “Lithium-ion warranties are long—three years up to ten years. So, the real question for consumers is: will the seller exist in five years to honour the claim?” This was a general observation about the market, not a statement of Lithion NeoPower’s warranty.
