- Variant and software: Confirm the exact RAM/storage SKU and whether it is China, Hong Kong, global or EU edition. Ask what ROM is installed, which languages it supports, and whether Google services are officially supported or added by the seller.
- Network and everyday features: Check LTE/5G bands and VoLTE support with your carrier. If you rely on eSIM, NFC, Android Auto, Google Wallet, banking apps or timely notifications, verify each feature for that exact model and ROM before ordering.
- Updates and repair: Imported variants may have different update schedules or procedures. Check whether local repairers can obtain parts, especially for foldables, and plan for possible data loss if the phone must be serviced.
- Price comparison: A displayed “regular price” is not evidence that the offer is the lowest recent price. Compare like-for-like configuration and regional version, then account for delivery, possible taxes or duties, payment fees and the cost of a return or repair.
Warehouse, delivery and the real landed cost
TradingShenzhen’s current policies distinguish EU-warehouse shipping from China-origin shipping. The store says EU-warehouse products ship free, usually arrive in approximately 2–4 days depending on destination, and incur no additional customs or import costs within the EU. Its customs page says Global Priority generally takes about two weeks and that the logistics company in China handles import costs. These are the store’s stated terms, not a guarantee against every delay or destination-specific charge; confirm the shipping method shown for your item and address at checkout. Do not apply the EU statements to a US order. TradingShenzhen tells customers outside Europe to check their own country’s rules. For a US purchase, confirm the destination-specific shipping and checkout terms rather than assuming customs, tariffs, tax or carrier fees are covered.

TradingShenzhen currently states that buyers receive a one-year manufacturer warranty from the order date. Its procedure requires contacting support before returning a device; an unapproved return may be rejected. The policy says some issues may be addressed locally in Germany or Austria, but otherwise the device may need to go to China. The store estimates shipping there can take up to three weeks and manufacturer repair can take about three days to one month; the customer generally pays shipping from their country to China, while return shipping after repair is free through Global Priority.
