Where and when were candidates told to report?
A later report by The Telegraph listed the venue as the TPSC office on Akhaura Road, Agartala, and reported two session start times: 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. The corresponding reporting times were 8:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.
These logistical details do not identify an individual candidate’s date or session. Candidates needed to follow the date, session, reporting time, venue details and other instructions on their own official schedule or call letter.
