Their 2025 presale label is historical, and project pages still using sale or claim language do not by themselves establish whether a sale is open, tokens are claimable, or trading is active. The most useful comparison is what each project says it has delivered, what remains a plan or claim, and how clearly holders can verify their next steps.
What can—and cannot—be compared
The available project-controlled pages and whitepaper describe different things: a Layer 1 network and hardware, a claimed live Solana Layer 2, a Bitcoin-themed Ethereum token with conditional reward mechanics, and an AI-themed token with a planned allocation. They do not provide a like-for-like, independently verified record of returns, liquidity, exchange availability, or delivery for all four. “Top” here identifies projects associated with 2025 presales, not a performance ranking or a recommendation.
| Project | Sale, claim and trading status | Delivery and verification | Figures stated by the project |
|---|---|---|---|
| BlockDAG (BDAG) | Current sale completion, claim status and trading availability are not established by the project FAQ reviewed on October 8, 2026. | The FAQ describes mainnet, miner delivery, a sales target and exchange listings as milestones. Miner shipment claims are first-party statements; independent confirmation of completion, adoption or network performance is not established. | The FAQ states a 50 billion total BDAG supply and a $600 million presale target. The target is not evidence that the amount was raised. |
| Solaxy | The official project site describes a network live since 2025. Current sale, claim and trading status are not established here. A separate claim site’s identity is unresolved. | The official site calls Solaxy Solana’s first Layer 2 and posted updates through September 2026; these are project descriptions, not independent validation of network performance. | Comparable verified supply, allocation, liquidity and performance figures are not stated in the official-page evidence summarized here. |
| BTC Bull (BTCBULL) | The official site says claiming is available after its community sale ends or times out. Whether that condition has occurred, and the token’s current trading or liquidity status, is not established by that statement alone. | The project describes conditional BTC airdrops and token burns. The proposed benefits are not guaranteed, and the token is not represented as tracking Bitcoin’s price. | The official site states a 21 billion total BTCBULL supply. This is a project-published figure. |
| Mind of Pepe (MIND) | Current sale, claim and trading status are not established by the whitepaper’s historical launch plan. | The whitepaper describes a planned Q2 or Q3 2025 launch. That plan alone does not establish whether launch occurred or whether the proposed AI-agent functions were delivered. | The whitepaper states a total supply of 100,000,101,001 MIND and allocations; these are planned tokenomics, not independent evidence of current circulating supply or use. |
BlockDAG: network and miners, with major milestones still to verify
BlockDAG presents itself as a Layer 1 network with physical X10, X30 and X100 miners. Its current FAQ says miner shipments have begun, but this is a first-party shipping claim; it does not independently establish how many devices reached customers, whether they operate as described, or how the network performs.
The same FAQ lists four milestones: finalizing mainnet, delivering miners, reaching the project’s stated $600 million presale target, and launching on partner exchanges. A milestone list is not confirmation that each milestone has been completed. In particular, the stated target should not be read as funds raised, and planned exchange listings should not be treated as confirmed availability.

What the security statements cover
BlockDAG’s security page says an internal review and a Halborn external review of the treasury and vesting smart contract are complete, with a further Certik review in progress. It also says: “Following the beta release of our testnet, we will initiate a full-scale, third-party audit of the entire BlockDAG blockchain.” That is a future intention, not a completed chain-wide audit. A review of treasury and vesting contracts does not establish that the full blockchain has been independently audited.
Solaxy: distinguish the official project site from an unverified claim page
Solaxy’s official site describes the project as Solana’s first Layer 2, says its network went live in 2025 and posts development updates through September 2026. These are the project’s own descriptions. They do not, by themselves, establish independent performance, adoption, token liquidity or whether a holder can claim tokens now.

A separate site, solaxylaunch.live, says a new team has taken control and offers early presalers and secondary buyers a 1:1 token claim within a 30-day window. Its connection to the official Solaxy project was not authenticated, and the competing claims were not resolved. Do not connect a wallet or sign a transaction through that page on the strength of its assertions. Verify any claim route through independently confirmed official project channels; if the project cannot confirm the route, do not proceed.
BTC Bull: conditional Bitcoin-linked mechanics are not guaranteed rewards
BTC Bull describes BTCBULL as an Ethereum meme token. Its official site presents planned token burns and BTC airdrops tied to Bitcoin price thresholds, staking rewards, and a proposed large BTCBULL distribution at a stated BTC threshold. These are project-described mechanics, not guaranteed benefits. A token whose reward design references Bitcoin milestones is not therefore a token that tracks Bitcoin’s price.

1Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors2Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches3Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsThe site itself calls BTC Bull speculative: “BTC Bull Token is a speculative meme coin asset linked to the social and market value of Bitcoin.” It also warns that cryptocurrency buyers could lose all their capital. The site names Best Wallet in its airdrop explanation, but that mention is not proof of wallet safety, independent endorsement or a commercial relationship.
Because the site’s claim language is conditional on the community sale ending or timing out, check the project’s verified channels for the condition and a valid claim route before taking action. A displayed contract address or a claim button on a project page should not substitute for confirming the network, contract and transaction details independently.

Mind of Pepe: a historical allocation plan is not proof of current utility
Mind of Pepe’s whitepaper planned a token launch in Q2 or Q3 2025. The same document states a total supply of 100,000,101,001 MIND, allocated as follows:
| Whitepaper allocation | Share |
|---|---|
| Exchanges | 10% |
| AI agent | 25% |
| Marketing | 20% |
| Rewards | 15% |
| Development | 30% |
Those percentages describe the whitepaper’s stated tokenomics. They do not confirm present-day circulating supply, vesting completion, exchange listings, or that the proposed AI agent functions work. The launch window is historical; the whitepaper plan alone cannot establish whether the launch happened on schedule or whether the project’s promised utility was delivered.

How to check a presale token’s status before acting
For any of these projects, check sale, claim and trading status as separate questions. A project can describe a network as live while token trading or claims remain unclear; a token contract or sale page does not establish liquidity or a safe claim route.
- Start with independently verified official channels. Navigate from a project’s established official site or verified account, rather than an unsolicited link, search advertisement or newly surfaced claim page.
- Confirm what event makes a claim available. Look for an explicit sale-end or timeout condition, eligibility rules, deadline, supported network and exact contract. If the project’s official channels do not confirm those details, pause.
- Check the transaction before signing. Confirm the network and destination address, understand what permissions the transaction requests, and reject unexpected requests to transfer assets or grant broad token approvals. Never share a seed phrase or private key.
- Verify trading separately. Confirm the token contract and actual exchange or on-chain market through sources independent of a presale page. A listing announcement is not proof of an active market, meaningful liquidity or a price you can realize.
- Compare audit scope with the claim being made. Identify which contract or system was reviewed, by whom, and whether the review is complete. A treasury-contract review is not a full-chain audit, and an announced future audit is not a completed one.
For these four projects, the evidence summarized above does not establish comparable returns or a fully verified cross-project picture of liquidity, current exchange access and holder recourse. Treat project-published targets, token allocations, shipment statements, reward mechanics and launch plans as claims to verify—not as independent proof of value or delivery.
