A reliable top 10 ranking of Big Brother winners by net worth cannot be established from the available figures. Net worth estimates are not comparable to prize winnings, and the only specific estimate located is a third-party figure for Dr. Will Kirby. The latest leaderboard instead ranks reported franchise winnings, a different measure.
Why a verified net-worth top 10 is not available
Net worth is the value of a person’s assets minus liabilities. A reality-show prize reveals neither a winner’s other income nor their assets, debts, taxes, or spending. Prize totals therefore cannot be used as a substitute for personal wealth.
The evidence supports one third-party net-worth estimate, not ten comparable estimates. AOL’s July 26, 2026 article attributes a $5 million estimate for Dr. Will Kirby to Celebrity Net Worth. It is not a direct financial disclosure, and the article does not establish the estimate’s methodology. That single figure cannot support a defensible ranking against other winners.
What the latest Big Brother winnings leaderboard says
TV Insider’s October 5, 2026 leaderboard ranks reported franchise winnings, including prizes and awards across appearances. It does not rank net worth. Its leading figures are:
#1 Best Overall
- Big Brother the Game - Get Ready for the Real Confrontation
| Rank on TV Insider’s winnings list | Winner | Reported franchise winnings |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Rick Devens | $810,000 |
| 2 | Taylor Hale | $800,000 |
| 3 | Jag Bains | $758,500 |
These are reported winnings, not estimates of what the winners own today. They should not be read as a wealth ranking.
How Rick Devens reached the top of that list
Paramount’s official announcement says Devens won the Big Brother 28 grand prize of $750,000 and a $50,000 America’s Favorite Player award on October 1, 2026. Those two season awards total $800,000. TV Insider’s reported $810,000 franchise-winnings total is a broader figure; the supplied source details do not reconcile the additional $10,000, so the two totals should not be conflated.
Rank #2
Paramount also reports that Taylor Brown received the $75,000 second-place prize. This is distinct from Taylor Hale, whom TV Insider lists with $800,000 in reported franchise winnings.

- It can show reported show-related awards: a grand prize, runner-up award, fan-voted prize, or other competition reward may contribute to a franchise total.
- It cannot establish net worth: the total does not account for taxes, expenses, debts, investments, income from other work, or assets.
- Its scope matters: a franchise-winnings figure may aggregate awards across appearances; a season prize is tied to one season and award type.
For a genuine top 10 net-worth ranking, every entry would need a clearly identified source, date, consistent definition and scope, and a disclosed or otherwise assessable methodology. The figures available here do not meet that standard.
