Who operates Watches.com now?
Watches.com’s privacy policy, last updated April 21, 2026, says that Watches.com, Watches.net and Watches.ca are operated by Watchismo, LLC. That is the clearest current operator disclosure in the cited materials. Watches.com privacy policy
Was Watches.com sold to Ntegrator?
Not according to the cited filings. In a later corporate episode, Singapore-listed Ntegrator proposed buying Watches.com assets for US$11,000,000, subject to approvals and other conditions. A subsequent filing says the non-binding letter of intent expired on June 30, 2022. The available filings therefore establish a conditional proposal that expired—not a completed purchase. Why do some sources say 1998 and others 1999?
The official company story and the SGX-hosted timeline date the founders’ watch-curation activity to 1999. The 2016 announcement separately says the company was “Established in 1998.” The sources do not explain the one-year difference, so the careful formulation is that Watches.com dates its watch-curation roots to 1999, while the announcement used 1998 as its establishment date.
