There is no verified, definitive ranking of the Bling Empire cast’s net worth. In Legit.ng’s April 11, 2024 list, Anna Shay ranks first with an estimated $600 million; Tatler Asia’s season-three-era ranking instead puts Mimi Morris first with a reported US$800 million. These are media estimates, not audited personal-wealth disclosures.
How much is each Bling Empire star worth?
The following order uses the estimates published by Legit.ng on April 11, 2024. The amounts are that outlet’s reported estimates, not independently verified valuations or a shared calculation of each person’s assets and debts. The Chius’ amount is explicitly joint.

Why published rankings disagree
Different outlets do not report the same leader. Legit.ng places Anna Shay first at an estimated $600 million. Tatler Asia’s season-three-era ranking reports Mimi Morris at US$800 million and Anna Shay at US$600 million. Tatler’s list also reports the Chius’ wealth jointly at US$80 million, and gives estimates for Jaime Xie (US$50 million), Kane Lim (US$20 million), Dorothy Wang (US$10 million), Devon Diep (US$1.1 million) and Kim Lee (US$500,000).

The different ranking for Morris is a substantial discrepancy, not a minor change in position. Bustle’s article, updated February 20, 2024, also gives Shay an estimated $600 million and discusses reporting about the sale of Pacific Architects and Engineers. That secondary-media explanation does not establish Shay’s present net worth or account for all of her personal assets and liabilities.
What the estimates do—and do not—measure
Net worth ordinarily means assets minus liabilities, but the sampled rankings do not provide a common, transparent or audited method for calculating their figures. A family business, inheritance, a spouse’s assets and a cast member’s own holdings are not interchangeable. Unless a source clearly identifies whose wealth it estimates, a large family fortune should not be presented as an individual’s personal net worth.

Netflix Tudum describes Anna Shay as the daughter of Pacific Architects and Engineers founder Edward Shay; Cherie Chan as an heiress to a denim business; and Kane Lim as an investor and real-estate developer from a family associated with oil, shipping and real estate. It describes Christine Chiu as co-founder/co-owner of Beverly Hills Plastic Surgery with her husband Gabriel. These biographical details help explain the wealth narratives around the show, but they are not financial disclosures and do not verify the rankings.
The Chius’ estimate deserves particular care: both Legit.ng and Tatler Asia present US$80 million as a joint figure for Gabriel and Christine, not as US$80 million for each individual. A couple’s combined estimate cannot be divided between them without evidence.

Are the Bling Empire cast really rich?
Bling Empire is a Netflix reality series about wealthy Asian and Asian American residents of Los Angeles; Netflix identifies it as a 2021 TV-MA series. The show’s premise and cast biographies support that wealth is part of the program’s subject matter. They do not prove precise personal net-worth totals. Treat the published rankings as estimates about people portrayed as wealthy, not as confirmed figures.

How to compare net-worth lists responsibly
- Check the publication date. An estimate from a season-three-era list or a 2024 article is not automatically current.
- Identify whose wealth is counted. Look for distinctions between an individual, a couple, a family business and inherited or spouse-associated wealth.
- Look for a disclosed method. The rankings cited here do not share an audited calculation method, so their numbers are not directly comparable measurements.
- Keep the source attached to the figure. A ranking is best described as “Legit.ng’s estimate” or “Tatler Asia’s reported estimate,” rather than as a fact about someone’s finances.
