TD SYNNEX’s 13 October 2025 alliance with Boxphish is a UK-and-Ireland distribution and partner-enablement deal: it is intended to let TD SYNNEX channel partners offer Boxphish subscription services to their customers. The announcement names cybersecurity awareness training, phishing simulations and dark web monitoring—not a consumer retail product. Boxphish’s announcement specifically identifies managed security service providers (MSSPs) and specialist security partners as part of the intended audience.
What the TD SYNNEX–Boxphish alliance means
Under the alliance, TD SYNNEX channel partners in the UK and Ireland can offer Boxphish subscriptions as part of tailored security services. The announcement says TD SYNNEX’s UK security practice can support partners with customer engagement and deployment. It does not set out detailed deployment tiers or establish that every partner already offers the service.
TD SYNNEX’s Scott Rogers, Senior Business Unit Director for UK Security, described Boxphish as a complementary addition to the distributor’s portfolio and said it could help MSSPs and specialist security partners broaden their offering. Boxphish CEO Nick Deacon-Elliott said the companies would work with the TD SYNNEX security practice to help partners offer the services. These are the executives’ stated views in the announcement, not independent evaluations of the service.

Phishing simulations and reporting
The company says customers can use ready-made or custom phishing simulations, educational landing pages for people who click a simulated message, and a reporting suite. The announcement does not provide comparative performance data or independently verified evidence that the tools reduce phishing risk.
Administration and integrations
Boxphish lists user syncing with Google and Microsoft Office 365, single sign-on, a phishing-report button, automation, on-demand delivery and custom content. A partner evaluating the service should confirm which integrations and configuration options are included in the specific proposal.
