Anna University declared the TANCET and CEETA-PG 2025 results on 25 April 2025. The scorecard download window ran from 7 May through 6 June 2025 and is now closed. The official portal is tancet.annauniv.edu/tancet; the year-specific login required the email address and password registered for the exam, plus a CAPTCHA.
When were the TANCET 2025 results released?
Anna University’s official notice, dated 25 April 2025, announced that the TANCET and CEETA-PG 2025 results had been released that day. A report published on 21 April had previewed 24 April as the expected date, but the university’s 25 April declaration is the actual release date.
The announcement date and scorecard availability period were different: the university scheduled scorecard downloads for 7 May to 6 June 2025. That period has ended; this is a historical recap, not confirmation that the 2025 scorecard service is currently open. The official notice is available from Anna University’s TANCET portal.
How candidates downloaded the 2025 result and scorecard
During the published download window, candidates used the university portal and their registered login details. The portal showed fields for an email address, an exactly eight-character password, and CAPTCHA.
#1 Best Overall
- Open the Anna University TANCET portal.
- Select the TANCET 2025 result or scorecard service, if displayed.
- Enter the email address and password registered for the exam, then complete the CAPTCHA shown on the page. Do not share your login details with anyone offering to retrieve the result for you.
- Open the result or scorecard and save a copy. Print it only if needed for your records or admission.
The 2025 service may no longer appear because its stated download window has closed. The portal remains the official university destination, but the historical steps do not guarantee current access to the 2025 scorecard.
What candidates should know about corrections and lost scorecards
Profile corrections were time-limited
Before scorecard downloads began, Anna University gave candidates a final opportunity to correct initials or name spelling, date of birth, gender, community, and nativity by emailing supporting evidence to [email protected]. The notice said, “Once the scorecard is downloaded, there is no scope for change of any profile data.” This was a 2025 release-period correction opportunity, not a current open correction window.
Duplicate scorecard instructions in the 2025 brochure
Anna University’s 2025 information brochure said a candidate who lost a scorecard could request a duplicate in writing to the Secretary, TANCET, with a demand draft. The brochure listed a fee of ₹354 (₹300 plus 18% GST). This is the 2025 brochure instruction, not a verified current process or fee; confirm the procedure and amount with Anna University before sending a request or payment. See the official TANCET portal.

The MBA and MCA TANCET exams took place on 22 March 2025; CEETA-PG was held on 23 March. Anna University reported 38,301 registrations across all three exam categories, with 35,323 candidates appearing and 2,978 absent. The combined figure includes CEETA-PG and should not be mistaken for the TANCET MBA/MCA total.
