When was the Best Buy Switch 2 restock?
Best Buy’s reported restock date was July 17, 2025. HotHardware quoted Best Buy’s website: “All Best Buy stores will have limited quantities in stock on July 17.” The report said the offer was in-store, and it did not give a specific time. HotHardware’s July 15, 2025 report and Engadget’s July 14, 2025 report both described the planned event as a limited-quantity Best Buy restock.

Does a later Nintendo bundle mean the old restock is still available?
No. On May 12, 2026, Nintendo announced a separate limited-time Switch 2 bundle with a digital game choice that included Donkey Kong Bananza. Nintendo listed a $499.99 suggested retail price for the bundle and the game’s regular price as $69.99; the announcement said offer dates vary by retailer and availability is while supplies last. This later offer is not evidence that the July 2025 Best Buy restock remains open or that either retailer has stock now. Details are in Nintendo’s May 12, 2026 announcement.
