When did Starbucks Ellenbrook open?
The opening was announced for Thursday, March 13, 2025, in Ellenbrook, Perth’s east. Starbucks planned to give a free Cold Cup collectible to the first 200 customers on opening day, according to PerthNow’s March 10, 2025 report. That promotion was tied to launch day, so it should not be treated as a current offer. No source establishes whether that particular cup is available now.
Where is the store, and what are its listed hours?
Starbucks Australia currently lists the store at 186–192 The Promenade, Ellenbrook, WA 6069. As of October 8, 2026, its official store page lists these hours:

Hours can change, so check Starbucks’ listing before travelling. The March 2025 opening report also described the site as opposite Hungry Jack’s. What facilities does Starbucks Ellenbrook list?
The current Starbucks Australia listing describes the store as having a drive-through, free parking, free Wi-Fi, outdoor seating, a parents room and wheelchair-accessible facilities. It also references Ellenbrook Station and the 341 bus. These are current listing details, not necessarily a record of the exact conditions on opening day.
Why was this described as Starbucks’ fourth metropolitan WA store?
The March 2025 announcement called Ellenbrook Starbucks’ fourth metropolitan Western Australia venue, after Piara Waters, Murdoch and Clarkson. PerthNow also reported that Starbucks had revealed a plan in 2024 to open 12 stores in WA during its 2024–2025 expansion. That was an announced target; it does not establish that all 12 stores opened.

What was on the menu at launch?
The opening coverage highlighted Cinnamon Dolce Iced Shaken Espresso, Honey Nougat Macchiato, Honey Nougat Frappuccino and Matcha-Misu Latte as menu examples. Those are historical launch-report items, not confirmation that they remain on the current menu.
