Where to find the SSC CGL 2017 final result
Open SSC’s Results archive and locate the entries dated 15 November 2019 for Combined Graduate Level Examination 2017. The archive lists three result records, organized by post group:
- Assistant Audit Officer (AAO)
- Junior Statistical Officer (JSO)
- Posts other than AAO and JSO
Choose the list that matches the post group relevant to you. The archive is the official record for finding the result entries; SSC’s current notice on the archive directs visitors to ssc.gov.in for applications, notifications, results, and other updates.
Final result date and final marks date
SSC’s archive gives 15 November 2019 as the date of the final result. It lists the final-marks entry on 26 November 2019, eleven days later. The marks entry is separate from the three recommended-candidate result lists, so use that archive entry when looking for final marks.

What happened to the court-related condition?
The final result was initially subject to the outcome of Supreme Court WP (C) No. 234/2018. In a notice dated 19 March 2020, SSC stated that the Court had disposed of the petition on 5 March 2020 and that the condition on the result no longer applied. Read SSC’s 19 March 2020 notice on the result’s legal status for the official explanation.
What the archive does not establish
The archive and the legal-status notice confirm the result-list categories, publication dates, marks-upload date, and subsequent change to the legal condition. They do not establish post-wise or category-wise cutoff marks or the total number of selected candidates. Those figures should not be inferred from the archive entries alone.
