These are instructions reported in July 2024, not confirmation that the portal remains active. The historic TCS iON login URL could not be verified as accessible: https://cdn.tcsion.com/EForms/configuredHtml/2344/89709/login.html.
Which login details should you use?
Reports agree that candidates needed an application number, but differ on the second credential: Scroll.in reported date of birth, while The Indian Express reported an application password. Because the reports conflict, use the fields requested by the official login page if it is available rather than relying on either account.

Result date, exam schedule and courses
Scroll.in attributed the July 9, 2024 declaration date to Odisha’s Skill Development and Technical Education Department. The report said the result covered BTech, MBA, BPharm and BTech lateral-entry candidates.
Rank #2
The reported exam schedule is not consistent across the two archived reports: Scroll.in gives June 24–27, 2024, while The Indian Express lists June 24, 25 and 27. The reports therefore do not establish a fully agreed date range.
A Special OJEE rank is not a seat allotment
The rank card reports a candidate’s result; it does not itself confirm admission. OJEE’s 2024 counselling notice stated that allotments for the 2nd/Special OJEE were made from vacant seats only. The notice and its deadlines are historical, not current counselling instructions: OJEE 2024 counselling schedule.

Do not confuse the regular OJEE result listing with Special OJEE
The OJEE 2024 archive lists an “OJEE-2024 Results – Download Rank Card” item, and the official brochure addresses the regular OJEE. Separately, the July 2024 result report names the “RANK CARD of 2nd/ SPECIAL OJEE 2024” route. Candidates looking for the Special OJEE result should distinguish that specific route from the regular examination listing. The official archive is at 2024.odishajee.com; the regular OJEE information brochure is available as a PDF.
