The SIDBI Grade B General Phase II exam was scheduled for October 4, 2025, according to the official shortlist. That date has passed; this does not establish that a 2025 call-letter download is still available. SIDBI calls the admit card a “call letter.” Candidates in a current or future recruitment cycle should use SIDBI’s official careers page and select the correct cycle, grade or stream, and exam stage.
Which SIDBI exam date did the 2025 notice confirm?
SIDBI’s official Grade B General Phase II shortlist gives the exam date as October 4, 2025. This is a historical date, not an upcoming schedule. The cited date applies to Grade B General Phase II; it should not be treated as the date for Grade A, Grade B Specialist, Phase I, or an interview. Check the notice for the specific recruitment and stage you applied for: SIDBI Grade B General Phase II shortlist.
Where to find the SIDBI call letter
SIDBI’s 2025–26 recruitment advertisement, dated July 14, 2025, directs candidates to download examination or interview call letters from SIDBI’s website. The Bank says it does not send a hard copy by post or courier. Use SIDBI’s official careers page; do not assume an old call-letter link is still active.
- Open SIDBI’s careers page and locate the recruitment notice for your application.
- Confirm that the notice matches your recruitment cycle, grade and stream, and stage—such as Phase I, Phase II, or interview. The 2024 cycle had separate updates from the 2025–26 recruitment: SIDBI careers archive.
- Follow the call-letter link provided for that notice and sign in as instructed.
- Download and check the call letter. Use it—not a general date announcement—to confirm your individual exam date, reporting time, session, and venue.
What to check on your call letter
Read the complete letter and the information handout linked to the relevant recruitment. SIDBI assigns candidates an exam date, centre, venue, and session; the advertisement says candidates cannot request changes to these assignments. SIDBI reserves the right to make changes in unforeseen circumstances. Follow any updated official notice if one is issued.

What to bring to the exam centre
SIDBI’s examination handout instructs candidates to bring the following items:
- Your printed call letter.
- A recent photograph, as directed in the handout or call letter.
- An original, valid photo identity document.
- A photocopy of the same identity document.
The name on your call letter should match the name on your photo ID. The handout excludes ration cards and learner’s driving licences as acceptable exam identity documents. Check the handout attached to your own call letter for its accepted-ID details and any additional directions. SIDBI’s 2025 Grade A and B information handout also describes photo and iris capture at the venue, and biometric capture for certain candidates; follow the instructions applicable to your cycle and stage.
What is prohibited in the exam
The SIDBI handout prohibits calculators, books, notebooks, written notes, mobile phones, and other electronic devices in the examination. Follow the test administrator and SIDBI representative at the venue, and do not rely on a general checklist in place of the instructions supplied with your call letter.

SIDBI’s archive lists updates and call letters for the earlier 2024 recruitment separately from the 2025–26 recruitment. A notice or link for one cycle does not confirm details or availability for the other. Match every update to your application’s cycle, grade or stream, and stage before acting.
