Rhian Brewster’s reported £35,000-a-week Sheffield United wage was an estimate tied to the 2023–24 and 2024–25 seasons, not a confirmed disclosure of his contract. Brewster left for Derby County on 1 August 2025, so that figure should not be presented as his current Sheffield United wage. Public estimates also put Tom Cannon at £25,000 a week and Patrick Bamford at £30,000 for 2026–27, but those figures do not establish a complete or official club payroll.
How much did Rhian Brewster earn a week at Sheffield United?
Capology lists Brewster at an estimated £35,000 per week for Sheffield United in both 2023–24 and 2024–25. The Real EFL’s July 2025 comparison also gave him that figure for 2024–25, citing Capology. Neither source is an official club or player disclosure, so £35,000 is best described as a published estimate rather than a verified contractual wage. Capology’s Brewster profile and The Real EFL’s comparison identify the seasons and figures.
Which Sheffield United striker wage estimates are available?
The figures below are specific to the club and season shown. They are estimates, not an exhaustive list of Sheffield United strikers or a verified payroll.
| Player | Club and season | Estimated weekly wage | What the figure represents |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rhian Brewster | Sheffield United, 2023–24 and 2024–25 | £35,000 | Season estimates; not an official wage disclosure. |
| Kieffer Moore | Sheffield United, 2024–25 | £25,000 | Historical estimate in The Real EFL’s July 2025 comparison, sourced from Capology. |
| Tyrese Campbell | Sheffield United, 2024–25 | Less than £25,000 | The Real EFL comparison gave a lower figure than Moore’s; it did not specify an amount in the cited material. |
| Tom Cannon | Sheffield United, 2026–27 | £25,000 | Capology estimate of gross fixed salary, excluding bonuses. |
| Patrick Bamford | Sheffield United, 2026–27 | £30,000 | Capology estimate of gross fixed salary, excluding bonuses. |
Capology’s current-season profile estimates are available for Tom Cannon and Patrick Bamford. Their figures are gross fixed-salary estimates and exclude bonuses; they should not be compared with other figures as if all sources use identical definitions.

Why the £35,000 figure is historical
Brewster joined Derby County from Sheffield United on 1 August 2025. Capology’s profile subsequently lists an estimated £20,000 per week for him at Derby in 2025–26, distinct from the £35,000 Sheffield United estimates for the prior two seasons. The move date is recorded in a 2025–26 Sheffield United season transfer summary. The two estimates concern different clubs and seasons, and neither is an official contract disclosure.

Football wage databases can offer a useful point of comparison, but their figures are not the same as a published club payroll. Capology explicitly labels its salary figures as estimates and not official numbers. The available 2026–27 profiles for Cannon and Bamford do not establish every player who qualifies as a striker, nor do they verify all Sheffield United wages for October 2026. Capology’s Sheffield United salary page likewise does not provide a complete, verified striker list in the available information.

When comparing figures, keep the season, club, and salary definition attached to each number. Brewster’s Sheffield United estimate belongs to 2023–24 and 2024–25; his later Derby estimate belongs to 2025–26. Cannon and Bamford’s stated 2026–27 estimates exclude bonuses. Treating these as a single current list would blur those important distinctions.
