Use the official Select Health NationsBenefits Benefits Pro portal at selecthealth.nationsbenefits.com to sign in and manage your card. Activate the card before using benefits at selecthealth.nationsbenefits.com/activate. You can also use the Benefits Pro app. Your available benefits and eligible purchases depend on your specific Select Health plan.
How to log in and activate your card
- Open the official Select Health NationsBenefits portal, or open the Benefits Pro app.
- Sign in using your account credentials. Follow the portal’s directions to set up online access if you have not registered. The available official guidance does not establish specific registration or password-reset steps.
- Before making a benefit purchase, activate the card through the activation page. Select Health’s 2026 Essential 001 Evidence of Coverage lists this route and requires activation before use.
What you can do after signing in
The portal and Benefits Pro app let members check available benefit balances and expiration dates, browse and order eligible over-the-counter (OTC) products, find approved retailers, review transactions, and manage the card. Select Health also lists reimbursement requests as a portal and app function, subject to plan rules.
Check your plan’s allowance and purchase rules
Benefits are not the same for every Select Health Medicare member. The 2026 Select Health Medicare Essential 001 Evidence of Coverage documents a $50 quarterly OTC allowance; that is a plan-specific example, not a universal Select Health amount. Check your own Evidence of Coverage and Benefits Pro account for your allowance, benefit category, eligible items, and expiration date.
Select Health lists examples of eligible OTC items such as pain relievers, vitamins and minerals, bandages and antibiotic ointment, dental-care products, cough drops, antacids, lotion, eye drops, and first-aid supplies. The account’s item list and approved-retailer lookup are the practical checks before you buy. Do not assume that a particular product or retailer qualifies.

Depending on the plan, the benefit period may be monthly, quarterly, or yearly, and unused funds do not roll into the next period. Some plans combine OTC with other benefits; Select Health also notes special conditions for Kroger and Dual plan members. Confirm the details for your own plan rather than relying on another member’s allowance or rules.
Ways to use the OTC benefit
The 2026 Essential 001 Evidence of Coverage describes ordering online, by phone, by mail with the NationsBenefits/Select Health catalog order form, or at participating retailers. These methods are documented for Essential 001; check your plan materials for the options that apply to you.

If your card is declined
- Check Benefits Pro for the available balance, expiration date, eligible-item list, and approved retailers.
- Call NationsBenefits at 833-878-0232 (TTY: 711) about the declined purchase. Select Health says to provide the purchase date so advisors can investigate the transaction.
- Ask about a reimbursement request if you paid for an eligible purchase at an approved retailer. Reimbursement depends on your plan’s rules and deadlines; approval is not guaranteed.
Select Health lists NationsBenefits advisor hours as 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. local time.
