What the original promotion included
The headline saving was model-dependent. Buyers received £100 off the Galaxy S25, S25+ or S25 Edge, while the Galaxy S25 Ultra received £150 off. The report said the reductions covered available colours and memory configurations, but the final price still depended on the specific configuration selected.

How was the watch claimed?
The original report said eligible buyers would “receive” a Galaxy Watch 7, but it did not provide enough detail to confirm whether the watch was automatically added to the basket or required a separate redemption claim. It also does not establish shipping arrangements, stock limits, return treatment or the precise watch variant.
That means deal pages should not invent a step-by-step redemption process. Anyone checking an archived offer should rely on the original Samsung terms, if available, rather than assuming the watch would always be supplied automatically.

Other reported incentives
The promotion was also associated with several additional benefits:
- Three months of Samsung Care+ when signing up for a monthly plan.
- Six months of Google AI Pro at no charge.
- Trade-in offers starting at £50.
These were not equivalent to unconditional cash discounts. Trade-in value depended on the old device, its condition and the applicable terms. Samsung Care+ could involve a continuing paid plan, while Google AI Pro was a temporary subscription benefit with its own eligibility and cancellation conditions.

Samsung also promoted other UK S25 discounts during 2025, including £150 off the S25 Ultra and £100 off the S25 or S24 in a separate sales campaign. That supports the broader picture of S25 discounting, but it does not prove that every campaign included the Watch 7 bundle. See Samsung’s UK newsroom announcement for that separate promotion.
Is the deal still available?
No. The purchase deadline was August 18, 2025, so the promotion cannot be claimed now. Samsung’s current UK offers page promotes newer products and campaigns, including the Galaxy Z Fold8, Galaxy Z Flip8, Galaxy Watch9 and Galaxy Watch Ultra2. It does not establish that the old S25 and Watch 7 promotion remains active.

A trade-in credit, temporary subscription and insurance incentive should also be evaluated separately. A buyer should compare the Samsung price with competing retailer prices, the value of selling the old phone privately and the total cost of any Care+ or finance arrangement.
Should you buy a Galaxy S25 in 2026?
The S25 can still make sense if you find discounted or clearance stock at a price well below newer Samsung phones and you specifically want its conventional flagship design. However, the historical Watch 7 bundle should not influence the decision because it is no longer available.
Before buying, compare:
- The actual price of the exact storage and colour configuration.
- The remaining software-support period and warranty.
- Whether a newer Samsung model is close in price.
- Any current trade-in or finance terms.
- The cost of buying a current Galaxy Watch separately.
Samsung’s newer promotional offers may suit shoppers who want current hardware, while refurbished or clearance S25 stock may suit buyers prioritising price. For refurbished devices, check the seller’s warranty, battery condition, return policy and grading.
Bottom line
Samsung UK’s promotion was genuine: it reduced selected Galaxy S25 prices by £100 or £150 and reportedly included a Galaxy Watch 7. But the offer expired on August 18, 2025. Treat it as a historical price benchmark, not a deal you can claim today, and check Samsung’s live UK offers before purchasing.
