For eligible small parcels ordered from Samsung’s U.S. online store, Samsung lists standard shipping at 1–5 business days in transit, expedited shipping at two business days, and express shipping at one business day when those faster options are available. Processing is separate: Samsung says an order can take up to 24 hours to process and ships within one business day after confirmation. Your order’s expected or scheduled date at checkout—and later in My Orders—is the best estimate for your specific item and address.
How long does Samsung shipping take?
Samsung’s published parcel times are transit estimates, not a universal arrival promise. They exclude home appliances and televisions 55 inches or larger, which use scheduled delivery or an appointment. The checkout estimate reflects the item, destination, and available delivery service for your order. See Samsung’s U.S. shipping and delivery page for listed methods and exclusions.
| Delivery type | Samsung’s stated timing | What to know |
|---|---|---|
| Standard parcel | 1–5 business days in transit | For eligible standard-ground items; processing can add time before transit. |
| Expedited parcel | Two business days in transit | An additional-charge option when available; check the live checkout offer. |
| Express parcel | One business day in transit | An additional-charge option when available; check the live checkout offer. |
| Large appliance | Scheduled date shown at checkout; in some locations, delivery may be available as soon as three days after ordering | Availability depends on product and location; installation needs can affect timing. |
| TV or monitor 55 inches or larger | Appointment required; timing depends on carrier and recipient availability | Do not apply the parcel transit range to these products. |
Samsung says an order may take up to 24 hours to process and ships within one business day from confirmation. Weekends and holidays do not count as business days for processing. The Samsung order-shipping guidance explains why an order may not move on the day it is placed yet still meet its displayed expected date.
Why your order may take longer to ship
An order’s status can remain unchanged while Samsung processes it or coordinates fulfillment. Factors Samsung identifies include:

How large appliances and TVs are delivered
Appliances
Refrigerators, ranges, dishwashers, washers, and dryers use scheduled delivery rather than the standard parcel time range. Checkout displays available dates, including the earliest option; depending on product and location, a date may be available as soon as three days after ordering. Some product and location combinations may offer next-day availability, while complex installation requirements can push the window later. Confirm the date and any installation details shown for your order.

Large TVs and monitors
Samsung requires an appointment for TVs and monitors 55 inches or larger. The available window depends on the delivery partner and your schedule. After the item is handed to the partner, contact that partner for final-mile appointment details or rescheduling.
How to check your Samsung delivery date and tracking
- For a signed-in order: Open My Orders to see status and the current expected or scheduled date.
- For a guest order: Use Samsung’s guest order-search flow and enter the requested order details.
- After shipment: Open the carrier tracking link from the order record. Carrier pages may show an update before Samsung’s interface does.
- If the expected date has passed: Check My Orders and tracking for a revised date. If no update appears, contact Samsung Order Support.
If tracking has not updated but the expected date has not passed, Samsung says the order may still be on track. For large-item appointment questions after handoff, the delivery partner is the relevant contact.

What to expect if an order ships in parts
One order can arrive in multiple deliveries. Samsung may ship items separately because they are stored in different warehouses, become available on different dates, or travel with different carriers. Each shipment can have its own tracking number and estimated delivery date. Check each item and tracking record rather than treating the order as one delivery event. See Samsung’s order-status guidance for details.
Can you speed up or change a Samsung order?
Samsung says shipping speed generally cannot be changed after an order is placed. Canceling and ordering again will not make fulfillment faster; a new order starts the process over. Local pickup may be an alternative when it is offered for the item and location. Delivery methods and destination eligibility vary: Samsung says eligible standard-ground products ship to all 50 states, while standard-freight products are limited to the contiguous 48 states, with some address types excluded. Check the Samsung shipping-destination rules and the options shown at checkout.

Use the order-specific date for planning
Samsung’s U.S. parcel ranges are helpful for comparing available methods, but they do not replace the expected or scheduled date attached to a particular order. Check that date in checkout or My Orders, and use the carrier’s tracking or delivery partner’s appointment information once the order is handed off.
