In the United States, Samsung’s workplace discount is part of its verified Samsung Offer Program. Eligible employees can check access through Samsung’s official workplace page, verify their affiliation, and see the account-specific price at Samsung checkout. Samsung advertises savings of up to 30%, but that is a maximum—not a guaranteed discount on every product.
What Samsung’s employee purchase program is
Samsung calls its U.S. consumer program the Employee Offers Program, within the broader Samsung Offer Program. It provides private access to qualifying prices for verified groups, including employees of participating workplaces. Having a work email does not by itself guarantee eligibility: the employer or group must qualify, and Samsung’s verification route determines access.
This article covers the U.S. program. Samsung may use “EPP” or “Employee Purchase Program” in other countries, but eligibility and terms can differ by market.
Who may be eligible
Samsung says it partners with thousands of U.S. companies and asks workplace users to check eligibility with a work email. The qualifying email needs to be associated with the account used for the offer. Some employers may instead direct employees through benefits portals such as Perks at Work, Perkspot, or BenefitHub. Other eligible groups may be verified through ID.me or a benefits provider.

Samsung’s support page describes qualifying company, .gov, .mil, and .edu email addresses as possible sign-up routes. Users who start with a personal email may be prompted to verify through ID.me. These are routes Samsung identifies, not an assurance that every employer, school, government organization, or individual account will be approved. Check the live eligibility flow for your affiliation.
How to sign up and use the discount
- Check access first. Visit Samsung’s workplace offer page and enter the work email or follow the benefits-provider option associated with your employer.
- Sign in or create a Samsung Account. Use the qualifying email route shown for your group. If Samsung requests another verification method, follow the ID.me or provider steps presented.
- Complete any requested verification. Some ID.me checks may be completed in real time, but additional documentation can be requested. Do not assume access is immediate; wait for confirmation before relying on a discount.
- Shop through Samsung’s program flow. Select the relevant store and products, then proceed to checkout. Samsung’s support instructions say the enrolled offer should appear there when the account is verified.
- Review the final checkout amount and terms. Confirm the exact model and configuration, discount, trade-in or instant-rebate treatment, shipping, and any offer conditions before placing the order.

How much can you save?
Samsung’s U.S. workplace page advertises savings of up to 30% off and says savings vary by product line. The figure is Samsung’s advertised ceiling, not an average, a guaranteed rate, or a promise that any particular item will be 30% cheaper. Product prices and promotions can change, so the verified checkout price for the exact item is the useful number for your budget.
Samsung says its Offer Program discount is applied after applicable trade-in and instant-rebate discounts, subject to the offer terms. That does not establish that the workplace price combines with every public promotion. Read the terms attached to the specific offer and rely on the checkout calculation.

Purchase limits and program terms
Samsung’s workplace page states a limit of two products per product category per email address and/or shipping address within a 12-month period. It lists exceptions of up to four home-appliance accessories and four mobile accessories. Check the live terms for how a particular item is categorized and whether your previous purchases affect eligibility.
Samsung describes program prices and special offers as limited-time and subject to change. The private pricing is available through Samsung’s program site, not retail locations or other online sites. Its terms also restrict sharing program pricing or offers with people who are not authorized to receive them; violations may result in removal from the program. Read the current terms before ordering or sharing offer details.

How to judge whether the offer is a good deal
- Verify eligibility before planning around a discount. A potential employer connection is not the same as confirmed access.
- Compare the final amount for the exact configuration. A different storage size, model, or bundle can change the price comparison.
- Account for trade-in and instant rebates. Samsung says the program discount is applied after applicable trade-in and instant-rebate discounts; check the item’s terms and the checkout breakdown.
- Check timing and purchase limits. Limited-time offers and category caps can affect whether the price is available to you.
- Compare purchase channels carefully. Samsung’s private offer applies through its program checkout; it does not transfer to another retailer. Compare the retailer’s own current price and conditions rather than assuming the Samsung discount applies there.
The relevant financial comparison is the amount you would actually pay after eligible discounts and trade-in value—not the advertised maximum percentage. Avoid treating “up to 30%” as a budget assumption until Samsung shows your account’s price.
