Their announced launch prices started at ₹32,990, ₹34,490 and ₹35,990 respectively, with all three ranges offered in 43-, 50-, 55-, 65- and 75-inch sizes. These are historical launch prices, not guaranteed August 2026 selling prices.
Samsung’s launch announcement listed common features including 4K upscaling, Crystal Processor 4K, PurColor, HDR10+, Smart Hub, Q-Symphony, OTS Lite, a SolarCell Remote and gaming-oriented features.

Samsung Crystal 4K TV launch prices and availability
The following prices were announced in India in April 2024. “Starting at” means the price applied to the entry-level size or configuration, not every screen size.

Samsung also announced launch-period cashback and no-cost EMI for up to 18 months. Those promotions should not be assumed to remain available. What features do the three series offer?
4K upscaling and Crystal Processor 4K
Samsung says the televisions use 4K upscaling to process lower-resolution content so it appears cleaner and more detailed on a 4K panel. Upscaling does not turn HD footage into genuine native 4K content.
Samsung describes the Crystal Processor 4K as using adaptive processing and a 16-bit 3D colour-mapping algorithm to optimise picture quality and colour. These are manufacturer descriptions, not independent performance measurements.
PurColor and HDR10+
PurColor is Samsung’s colour-processing technology. The company advertised support for “one billion true colours”, but that marketing description should not be treated as proof of colour-volume performance comparable with a QLED or OLED television.

HDR10+ support alone does not guarantee striking HDR. The result also depends on panel brightness, contrast and whether the TV has effective local dimming.
Audio: OTS Lite, Adaptive Sound and Q-Symphony
OTS Lite uses virtualised processing and the TV’s speakers to create a more spatial sound effect that follows on-screen movement, according to Samsung. It does not mean the television has physical upward-firing speakers.

Adaptive Sound analyses content scene by scene and adjusts the sound output according to Samsung’s description.
Q-Symphony can operate compatible Samsung TV speakers together with a compatible Samsung soundbar instead of muting the TV speakers. It is useful only if you already own, or plan to buy, compatible Samsung audio equipment. A slim TV’s built-in speakers may still fall short of a dedicated soundbar for louder, wider or more cinematic sound.

Smart-TV and connected-home features
The launch feature list included Samsung’s Smart Hub interface, Samsung TV Plus, a built-in IoT Hub, Calm Onboarding and Multi Voice Assistant. Samsung listed support for Bixby and Amazon Alexa.
Samsung said TV Plus offered 100 channels in India at the time of the announcement. Channel counts, programming and availability can change with software updates, market and date, so this should be treated as a launch-era figure rather than a permanent guarantee.
The built-in IoT Hub is intended to connect the TV with compatible devices in Samsung’s smart-home ecosystem. Its practical usefulness depends on the devices and services you use.

SolarCell Remote
The SolarCell Remote is designed to recharge using indoor light, reducing reliance on disposable batteries. It is not permanently battery-free: it contains a rechargeable power source and may need light exposure or another supported charging method.

Gaming features
Samsung listed Auto Game Mode and Motion Xcelerator, along with lower-latency gaming positioning. However, these features do not establish that every model supports 4K at 120Hz, HDMI 2.1, VRR or ALLM.
Before buying, check the specification sheet for the exact screen-size model. In particular, verify the native refresh rate, HDMI version, HDMI port count, VRR, ALLM and eARC support.
Vivid, Vision Pro or Vivid Pro: which should you choose?
The launch release provides different starting prices and retailer availability, but it does not present a complete model-by-model comparison showing exactly how every Vivid, Vision Pro and Vivid Pro variant differs. It would therefore be misleading to declare one series universally superior.
Choose by the exact model code, size and confirmed specification rather than by the series name alone. Samsung’s 2024 Crystal UHD range includes model families such as the 55-inch DU7000, with related 43-inch and 65-inch pages available from Samsung. Samsung also lists a separate DU7700 family. Do not automatically treat DU7000 or DU7700 as interchangeable with every Vivid, Vision Pro or Vivid Pro listing.

Which screen size makes sense?
- 43 inches: Suitable for smaller rooms, bedrooms, desks or closer seating.
- 50–55 inches: Practical general-purpose sizes for many living rooms.
- 65–75 inches: Better suited to larger rooms and longer viewing distances, provided the TV’s physical dimensions fit comfortably.
Before ordering a large television, measure the wall or furniture, doorway and installation route. Also check stand width, VESA mounting pattern and whether professional installation is suitable for your home.
What the launch price does not tell you
- Current cost: A 2024 launch price is not an August 2026 price. Compare the live seller price, bank offers, exchange discount and delivery or installation charges separately.
- Exact specifications: Ports, refresh rate, wireless standards, speaker output and included accessories can vary by model and size.
- HDR quality: HDR10+ compatibility is not the same as high brightness or strong contrast.
- Gaming capability: Auto Game Mode and Motion Xcelerator do not prove 120Hz gaming or HDMI 2.1.
- Warranty coverage: Samsung described the offer as one year of standard warranty plus one additional year covering the panel only, subject to its warranty terms. It was not a two-year full warranty.
Checklist before buying a listing
- Match the exact model code and screen size across Samsung, Amazon India or Flipkart.
- Confirm the live price and whether a discount depends on a bank, exchange or promotional condition.
- Check native refresh rate, HDMI version and port count.
- Verify VRR, ALLM, eARC and any gaming features you require.
- Check speaker output, included remote and whether the listing specifically includes a SolarCell Remote.
- Confirm stand dimensions, VESA pattern, delivery, installation and return terms.
- Read the current warranty terms, especially the distinction between standard coverage and panel-only coverage.
Crystal 4K Dynamic was a separate 2024 model
Samsung separately announced a Crystal 4K Dynamic TV in India. It was listed in 43- and 55-inch sizes, starting at ₹41,990, with features including 4K upscaling, an AirSlim design, Dynamic Crystal Colour, Multi Voice Assistant, Q-Symphony and Crystal Processor 4K.
It should not be merged into the April launch of the Vivid, Vision Pro and Vivid Pro series. See Samsung’s separate announcement for that model.
Should you buy a 2024 Samsung Crystal 4K TV?
The range makes sense for buyers seeking a mainstream Samsung 4K smart TV with the company’s Tizen-based ecosystem, picture processing, connected-home features and compatibility with Samsung audio products. It is also a reasonable category to consider when choosing among 43-, 50-, 55-, 65- and 75-inch screens.

Compare the exact specification with higher-tier QLED, Mini LED or OLED televisions before paying a large premium. The right decision depends less on the “Crystal 4K” label than on the live price, exact model code, screen size and verified ports and panel specifications.
