When were the admit cards available?
In its July 17, 2025 notice, the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSSB) said candidates could download provisional e-admit cards from July 24 through their SSO ID or the Rajasthan recruitment portal. Candidates could check their allotted examination district through their SSO ID beginning July 21. RSSB said it would not send provisional admit cards separately.

How candidates downloaded the admit card
The notice gave candidates this portal process:
- Visit the Rajasthan recruitment portal’s admit-card page.
- Select “Get Admit Card.”
- Select “Get Admit Card” for the Librarian Grade III recruitment.
- Enter the application number and date of birth.
These were the instructions for the 2025 exam. The sources establish the process at the time, not whether an archived admit-card link remains available now.
What was the exam schedule?
RSSB scheduled the Librarian Grade III Combined Direct Recruitment Examination 2024 for Sunday, July 27, 2025, in two papers:

Entry and documents stated in the notice
RSSB instructed candidates to reach the examination centre two hours before the scheduled exam. Entry was to be permitted only until one hour before the paper began; the gate would close after that cutoff. Candidates were told to bring the provisional e-admit card and a valid photo ID.
How the vacancy count changed
Scroll’s July 21, 2025 report described the recruitment as having 548 posts, reflecting the count reported at that time. RSSB’s December 2, 2025 result notice later described a revised recruitment of 571 non-TSP posts and 77 TSP posts, for 648 posts in total. The later official figure supersedes the earlier reported count.
RSSB’s December result notice also confirms that the recruitment proceeded beyond the July examination to the result stage.
