The Rajasthan Staff Selection Board’s (RSSB, formerly RSMSSB) notice dated 27 June 2024 was a roll-number list of candidates selected for document verification—not a notice of final recommendation or appointment. Later verification notices followed, but the official records reviewed here do not establish a final CHO recommendation. Candidates should check the Board’s official listings and recruitment portal for their own current status.
Is the CHO 2022 result final?
No: the notice dated 27 June 2024 is titled “CHO 2022 : Roll no. List of Selected Candidates for Document Verification.” Its stated purpose is to identify candidates for document verification (DV). It should not be treated as proof of final selection, recommendation, appointment, or joining. The Board also listed a final answer key on that date, which is a separate exam record. See the RSSB official archive for the notices.
The archive subsequently listed DV and scrutiny notices, phase schedules, and a 6 December 2024 last-chance verification notice for absent candidates. Those entries show that verification activity continued after the June shortlist; they do not, by themselves, establish a final recommendation.
What happened in the CHO 2022 recruitment?
| Date | Board record or event | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| 1 November 2022 | Initial contractual recruitment advertisement, as recounted in a later amendment. | The recruitment was initially advertised for 3,531 posts. |
| 29 December 2023 | The Board’s press-note index listed an order cancelling the CHO 2022 examination and recommencing it. | The recruitment timeline was disrupted; the June 2024 list came after the restart. |
| 12 January 2024 | Amended advertisement added 963 posts. | The advertised total rose from 3,531 to 4,494. |
| 27 June 2024 | Roll-number list for candidates selected for document verification, alongside a final answer key notice. | This was a DV-stage shortlist, not a final recommendation notice. |
| 10 July 2024 | The archive listed a CHO 2022 marksheet link. | A marksheet can show exam marks, but does not itself confirm appointment. |
| September–December 2024 | The archive listed DV and scrutiny notices, phase schedules, a final-phase schedule on 25 November, and a last-chance notice on 6 December. | Verification activity continued after the June list. |
| Later amendment | Amendment 02 revised the advertised vacancy total from 4,494 to 5,261. | This is a vacancy count, not the number ultimately recommended or appointed. |
The notices and vacancy amendments are available through the RSSB archive and recruitment listings.

How to check your CHO result or marksheet
- Open the RSSB official archive or result listings at rssb.rajasthan.gov.in.
- Look for the CHO 2022 notice by its date and title. For the June result-stage list, the relevant title identifies candidates selected for document verification.
- Use the official marksheet link or recruitment portal linked from the Board’s notices to check your own record. Follow any login or roll-number instructions shown on that official service.
- Read any later DV, scrutiny, or phase notice that applies to your case, and follow its stated schedule and requirements.
Use your own roll number or credentials on the official service rather than relying on copied lists or third-party reposts. A marksheet and a DV shortlist answer different questions: one reports marks, while the other identifies candidates called for verification.
What the revised vacancy numbers do—and do not—tell you
The advertised total changed in successive notices: 3,531 in the initial recruitment, 4,494 after the January 2024 addition of 963 posts, and 5,261 in the later amendment. These figures describe vacancies announced by the Board. They are not the number of candidates on the DV list and do not reveal how many candidates received a final recommendation or appointment.

The official archive and result listings reviewed for this update show the June 2024 DV shortlist and subsequent verification notices, but no later CHO final-recommendation notice was located in those records. That does not prove that no later notice exists. For a current status, check the Board’s official result listings and the recruitment portal linked from its notices rather than interpreting the DV list as a final outcome.
