The computer-based test was held from March 2 to 18, 2025, and the recruitment has since advanced to panel publication. The old CBT download window is a historical stage, not a current live-link announcement.
Is the RRB RPF Constable admit card released?
Yes, the CBT e-call-letter stage took place before the 2025 examination. The original CEN RPF 02/2024 notification said candidates could download CBT call letters from their relevant Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) website four days before their scheduled exam. It also said no call letter would be sent by post. The examination itself ran from March 2 to 18, 2025, so that CBT call-letter window has passed.
Do not treat an old CBT download link as active now. For any later or corrected notice, use the official website of the RRB responsible for your application and check that the notice names CEN RPF 02/2024 and the correct recruitment stage.
Where was the official e-call letter and city slip link?
RRB notices directed candidates to official RRB websites for the city-intimation slip and e-call letter. RRB Secunderabad’s notice listing the Constable CBT city-intimation/e-call-letter link is dated February 21, 2025. It said the link would be available ten days before each candidate’s scheduled exam date. The official CBT schedule notice, dated February 28, 2025, likewise said exam-city and date information would be available ten days before the exam; it also covered travel authority for eligible SC/ST candidates.

Those are dated notices for the 2025 CBT, not evidence that the CBT portal remains open today. No verified direct login URL is provided here, so use your RRB’s official notice archive or candidate portal rather than a third-party download page. The recruitment notification says official updates and downloads are provided through RRB websites.
City-intimation slip vs. e-call letter
- City/date intimation: An advance notice of the exam city and date, planned for about ten days before the candidate’s scheduled CBT.
- CBT e-call letter: The examination document. For this recruitment cycle, the notification said it could be downloaded four days before the CBT.
- Later-stage e-call letter: A separate document may be issued for a later recruitment stage. Check the stage and date on the notice; do not confuse a PET/PMT/DV call letter with the old CBT call letter.
What happened after the CBT?
The RRB result notice reported that the CBT took place from March 2 to 18, 2025. It provisionally shortlisted 42,143 roll numbers for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Measurement Test (PMT) and document verification (DV). Individual scorecards were made available from June 20, 2025, at 17:00, using candidates’ registration number and date of birth.
RRB Kolkata’s CEN RPF 02/2024 page lists the CBT result on June 19, 2025, the PET/PMT/DV schedule on October 17, 2025, the related e-call-letter link on October 22, 2025, and publication of the panel on February 16, 2026. RRB Secunderabad later listed zone-allotment and medical-examination information dated February 23, 2026. These dates show why an old CBT admit-card page should not be presented as a current download announcement.
What candidates were told to bring
For the 2024 recruitment cycle’s CBT, the official notification required candidates to bring the e-call letter and a valid original photo ID to the examination. Those were instructions for the past CBT; anyone attending a later stage should follow the instructions on that stage’s own official call letter.
