Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches2Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems3Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteOfficial Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) sources do not confirm an RRB NTPC “Phase 7” admit-card release. The relevant notice identified is CEN 07/2025 NTPC-Under Graduate—the “07” is part of the recruitment notice number, not evidence of a seventh exam phase. The notice’s listed CBT-I dates had passed by October 8, 2026, so check your RRB board’s current notice page rather than assuming an old download link is still active.
Where to find the official RRB NTPC-UG e-call letter
Use the official RRB website relevant to your application. Find the notice for CEN 07/2025 NTPC-Under Graduate and follow its e-call-letter link if one is currently available. RRB Kolkata, Secunderabad, and Bhubaneswar each listed notices for this cycle; use the board associated with your application rather than a link for another region or recruitment cycle.
The official notice and board listings are available at Railway Recruitment Boards, RRB Kolkata, RRB Secunderabad, and RRB Bhubaneswar. Confirm that the page refers to CEN 07/2025 NTPC-UG before using any download option.
City intimation and the e-call letter have different purposes
For the CEN 07/2025 notice, exam-city and date information was scheduled to be available 10 days before the exam. The e-call letter was scheduled to become downloadable four days before the exam date. The notice states: “Downloading of E-call letters will start 4 days prior to exam dates mentioned in the Exam City & Date intimation Link.”

City and date information is not the entry document for the exam. Follow the official e-call-letter link for the document required for entry, and rely on your current board notice for any updated arrangements.
What the published CBT-I schedule says
The RRB notice listed these CBT-I dates for CEN 07/2025 NTPC-UG:
- May 7, 8, and 9, 2026
- June 13, 14, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, and 21, 2026
Those dates are in the past as of October 8, 2026. The notice establishes the schedule and download timing for that cycle; it does not establish that a candidate’s individual link remains active now. Check the official RRB site for any newer notice relevant to your application.
Quick Recap

What to bring and how to avoid misleading links
- Bring the original Aadhaar card or a printout of e-verified Aadhaar for biometric authentication at the exam centre, as directed in the official notice.
- Use official RRB channels for recruitment updates and downloads. Do not pay an intermediary who claims payment can secure a job: the notice says selection is based on CBT and merit.
- Check that the notice matches your recruitment cycle and board. A page for a different NTPC cycle is not confirmation of a CEN 07/2025 e-call letter.
