The Rogers Boxing Week deals and NHL-ticket chance in this article refer to a promotion covered on December 20, 2024—not an offer confirmed for Boxing Week 2026. MobileSyrup’s indexed excerpt reported an iPhone 16 financing price, but the original article now returns a 404, and the available sources do not establish the 2024 contest’s terms or whether any offer remains available.
What the 2024 Boxing Week coverage reported
MobileSyrup’s December 20, 2024 coverage described Rogers Boxing Week offers and updates. Its indexed excerpt named an iPhone 16 at $17 per month when financed online, or $2 per month in-store with an eligible trade-in and device return. These are historical prices reported in 2024, not current Rogers pricing. Read the indexed MobileSyrup article.
The excerpt does not establish the financing term, total device cost, required plan, or detailed trade-in conditions. Those details matter when comparing a monthly device payment: a low payment alone does not show the full cost of the phone or wireless service.
Were NHL tickets part of that Boxing Week offer?
The available 2024 article excerpt does not provide the contest rules, entry method, eligibility, dates, or odds for an NHL-ticket giveaway. Rogers’ general wireless promo-code FAQ says eligibility for the codes it covers can depend on plan, expiry date, and region; those codes apply to new wireless activations or online additions of a new line, and may be single-use, expire, or reach a redemption cap. That general guidance does not confirm the terms of the 2024 Boxing Week contest or prove that a particular activation or upgrade qualified.

Do not confuse it with Rogers’ September 2026 ticket giveaway
Rogers announced a separate promotion on September 28, 2026, tied to the home openers of the Vancouver Canucks, Edmonton Oilers, and Toronto Maple Leafs. The announcement said the company would distribute 300 tickets for each team’s opener, using 145 pairs per team at surprise locations on a first-come, first-served basis and five pairs per team through Instagram for people unable to attend in person. Rogers said all tickets were non-transferable. These details apply only to that September 2026 event, not to the 2024 Boxing Week offer. See Rogers’ announcement.

No Rogers Boxing Week 2026 offer, price, contest rules, or eligibility is established by the available sources. If Rogers publishes a new promotion, verify its official terms before activating or upgrading. Compare the following rather than judging the offer by a headline monthly payment:
