If a hash exists, check the transaction on the blockchain explorer to see whether it was broadcast, whether the recipient matches, and how many confirmations it has. If there is no hash, check the app’s status, verification, withdrawal limit and security settings. Do not submit a replacement until you understand what happened to the original: Robinhood says a crypto transfer cannot be canceled or reversed once sent.
First, identify which stage the withdrawal has reached
“Pending” does not by itself tell you whether Robinhood is still reviewing the request or the transaction is already on a blockchain. The app status describes Robinhood’s processing; a transaction hash lets you inspect the public blockchain state after broadcast.
- Open the withdrawal in Robinhood Crypto activity.
- Record the crypto, amount, destination address, date, displayed status and any transaction hash or explorer link.
- If a hash is shown, open Robinhood’s explorer link and compare its transaction details with the withdrawal in the app.
Keep the hash available if you contact support. Never share your password, one-time security code or recovery phrase with anyone offering to help.
If Robinhood provides a transaction hash
Use the explorer to check whether the transaction is pending, confirmed or failed, and inspect the recipient and confirmation count. Confirm that the recipient is the address you intended to use. Robinhood notes that blockchain transactions can include multiple inputs and outputs because platforms may batch transfers; not every address displayed necessarily belongs to you. Do not reuse a Robinhood-managed sending address shown on a withdrawal as a deposit address. See Robinhood’s Crypto transfers guide.

Still waiting for confirmations
If the explorer shows that the transaction is waiting for confirmations, the next step may be to wait. Confirmation requirements and timing differ by crypto and network, and network conditions can affect how long processing takes. Robinhood publishes asset-specific confirmation requirements and approximate times, but warns that actual processing may take longer and that the requirements can change. Check the live guide for the asset involved rather than treating an example estimate as a deadline.
Robinhood’s Robinhood Connect FAQ says that confirming crypto before it is credited to a Robinhood account can take up to a few hours under ordinary conditions. That estimate concerns crypto being credited into Robinhood; it is not a guaranteed completion time for every outgoing withdrawal.

Confirmed, but the destination has not credited the funds
Check the recipient wallet or platform’s activity and its deposit requirements for the exact asset and network. If its record does not match the explorer, contact the receiving service with the hash. Do not send a second transfer just because the destination has not yet displayed the funds.
If there is no transaction hash
Without a hash, you cannot use an explorer to verify that the withdrawal was broadcast. Check the status and any account notification in Robinhood, then review whether the account is eligible to transfer crypto and has an available withdrawal limit.

- Verification: Robinhood says enabling crypto transfers is usually quick after verification information is submitted, but review can take up to five business days.
- Withdrawal limit: Limits are account-specific and can depend on verification, transaction history, preferred payment methods and recent account activity. They can vary daily and Robinhood says they cannot currently be manually increased. Check the current limit in the app.
- Allowlist hold: If you recently enabled “Allow withdrawals only to allowlisted addresses,” Robinhood says withdrawals to new addresses are paused for 48 hours. Transfers to addresses already allowlisted remain possible during that hold.
These checks can help explain a request that has not been broadcast. Robinhood’s Crypto transfers guide describes the verification, limit and allowlist rules; only Robinhood can confirm an account-specific restriction.
If the app says the withdrawal failed
Read the specific reason in the transaction details or account notification before taking another action. Check that the selected crypto and network are supported by the receiving wallet, that the address is correct, and that any required memo or tag was included.

A failed label is not, by itself, a reason to assume it is safe to submit the transfer again. Check whether the original transaction has a hash and inspect its state first. Robinhood warns that transfers sent to a wrong or incompatible address may be permanently lost, and says sent crypto transfers cannot be canceled or reversed. Its Crypto Customer Agreement explains the finality of transfers.

Contact support through the account’s Robinhood support flow if the app shows a restriction, no hash appears and the status is unclear, or the transaction state cannot be reconciled with the app. Include the asset, amount, date, displayed status and hash if one is available. Do not send credentials or recovery phrases.

Robinhood’s contact page lists [email protected] for assistance with its self-custody Robinhood Wallet. That address is for Wallet support, not a universal contact for withdrawals from a Robinhood Crypto account.
