Kylian Mbappé is the highest-paid Real Madrid player in the available 2025/26 wage estimates, at about €600,000 per week. The next places are less clear: published estimates differ for Vinícius Júnior, and the figures are reported estimates rather than an official club payroll disclosure.
Estimated Real Madrid weekly wages for 2025/26
The table compares figures published by The National and FBref. They are not necessarily calculated on identical terms, so treat each source’s number as its own estimate.
| Player | The National estimate | FBref estimate |
|---|---|---|
| Kylian Mbappé | €600,000 per week | €600,962 per week |
| David Alaba | €430,000 per week | €432,692 per week |
| Vinícius Júnior | €400,000 per week | €480,769 per week |
| Jude Bellingham | €400,000 per week | Not stated in the available FBref figures |
| Federico Valverde | €320,000 per week | Not stated in the available FBref figures |
| Trent Alexander-Arnold | €320,000 per week | Not stated in the available FBref figures |
The National’s list was updated August 3, 2026, and says it draws on reporting, Capology and SalaryLeaks: The National’s Real Madrid wages list. FBref’s 2025/26 table lists Mbappé at €31,250,000 annually and Vinícius at €25,000,000, alongside weekly estimates: FBref’s Real Madrid wage table. Its displayed precision should not be mistaken for verified contract amounts; the page was not accessible for direct verification.
Where the estimates disagree
Mbappé leads the available weekly lists
The National and FBref both put Mbappé at about €600,000 per week, making him the clear leader in these estimates. Their small numerical difference does not establish an exact contractual wage.

Vinícius’s reported figure depends on the source
The National lists Vinícius at €400,000 weekly, while FBref gives €480,769. Separately, an April 2, 2026 AS report relaying L’Équipe estimates places Vinícius and Mbappé at €2.67 million gross per month each. AS cautions that the figures are approximate and should not be taken literally: AS’s report on the L’Équipe estimates. These are distinct reported estimates, not values that can be reconciled into a confirmed weekly rate from the available information.
Alaba’s estimates are closer across two lists
The National and FBref put Alaba near €430,000 per week, with estimates of €430,000 and €432,692 respectively. Bellingham, Valverde and Alexander-Arnold appear in The National’s list at the amounts shown above; the available FBref figures do not provide matching comparisons for them.

Why a weekly wage is not always an apples-to-apples comparison
A reported weekly figure can depend on what a source counts as salary. Before comparing players or sources, check whether the number is gross or net, whether it covers fixed pay or includes bonuses and signing payments, how an annual or monthly estimate was converted to a weekly amount, and which squad and season the list covers.
Contract structure can add another wrinkle. A July 2025 AS report described Vinícius’s earlier contract as progressive and discussed how Mbappé’s signing bonus could be treated as salary if spread across his contract. That context does not verify either player’s current all-in weekly compensation: AS on the reported contract structures.

What these figures establish—and what they do not
The estimates identify Mbappé as the leading earner in the available 2025/26 lists and show a broad reported range for Vinícius. They do not establish the exact terms of any player’s contract or the club’s complete wage bill. Real Madrid has not published a player-by-player payroll figure in the sources cited here, and third-party estimates may use different definitions and inputs.
