The PS5 sale is time-limited, not a guaranteed ongoing price. Xbox prices are shown with “+,” so treat them as the store’s displayed starting amounts rather than a promise of one price in every region. The Xbox listing identifies the game as optimized for Xbox Series X|S.
What does Deluxe add, and do you need it?
No. The Standard Edition is the full game; Deluxe is a higher-priced bundle of the game and additional content. The PlayStation and Xbox listings name the same main additions, while the PlayStation listing also specifies the Triple Weapon Pack and Mission Pass Alpha alongside three DLC entries.

If you only want to play the base game, compare the Standard Edition price with your budget and current sale. Choose Deluxe only if the bundled add-ons are worth the difference to you; it is not listed as a requirement for the base game.
Do you need PS Plus or Game Pass?
You can play solo without online play. PlayStation describes online play as optional and supports one player; it says PS Plus is required for online play. Xbox lists single-player and online co-op for 2–5 players, and says console multiplayer requires Xbox Game Pass Essential, Premium, or Ultimate, sold separately. That subscription requirement applies to online multiplayer, not the act of buying the game.

Does “free update” mean the game is free?
No. VOID Interactive’s console announcement described a free “Stories from Los Sueños” update launching alongside the console release. That refers to an update, not a free-to-play version of the base game: the official PlayStation and Xbox store pages list paid game editions.
Can you buy a physical console edition?
A Game.es catalog identifies a Ready or Not: Day One Edition for PS5 and Xbox Series X. The catalog does not establish current stock, price, or availability at any particular retailer. Before purchasing a physical copy, confirm the console format, edition, seller, region, and current price.

Is the PC price the same as console?
Steam listed the PC base game at $49.99 and Digital Deluxe at $69.99 when accessed October 8, 2026. Steam describes its Deluxe edition as including the base game and the first three DLC packs: Home Invasion, Dark Waters, and Boiling Point. These are PC storefront prices, not evidence that a PC purchase grants console access.
