Check the return policy before you order
Rare Carat states that eligible purchases may be returned within 30 days. Its return policy says the ring must be unworn and in original condition, and the original diamond certificate must be included. The policy describes a free insured return label and a refund after the item is received and inspected.
Pay special attention to the interaction between returns and resizing: under the stated policy, a ring sent for resizing is not eligible for return. If you might return the ring, review the current terms and confirm the fit before requesting a resize.
