There is a notable discrepancy in Lisa’s published figures. Just Jared’s July 2024 list labels her estimate as $90 million. Celebrity Net Worth’s page, crawled in October 2026, instead estimates $120 million combined with Ken Todd. These are different published estimates with different stated bases—not figures that can be reconciled by averaging them or treated as audited values. The ranking above retains Just Jared’s amount because it follows that specific list.

Lisa’s business background helps explain why outlets place her far above most cast members, but it cannot validate a personal net-worth figure. Bravo describes her as a mentor to the group and notes her move toward a Lake Tahoe restaurant and Las Vegas ventures after PUMP closed (Bravo). Her official brand biography documents a broad hospitality portfolio, including TomTom, which opened in 2018 with Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz as junior partners (Vanderpump Family Brands). Business scale does not reveal an individual’s liabilities, ownership share, taxes, or the value of illiquid interests.
Why salaries and business headlines do not prove net worth
Net worth is assets minus liabilities. A reported paycheck, restaurant, home, endorsement, or television opportunity is only one piece of that calculation; without a consistent accounting of debts, taxes, ownership stakes, and asset values, it cannot establish the total.

Us Weekly’s roundup reports cast members’ recollections about particular pay periods: Kristen Doute recalled a $5,000 first-season paycheck, with another $5,000 if she became a primary cast member, and $15,000 for Season 2; Jax Taylor recalled $5,000 early in the series. Stassi Schroeder said she was paid less than some peers because leaving the show put her a year behind. These are attributed statements about past compensation, not current wealth figures (Us Weekly).
Ariana Madix said in 2023, “I am not rich. I do not have millions of dollars,” according to that roundup. Her statement and the later $2 million estimate in Just Jared’s 2024 list illustrate why estimates should not be mistaken for a verified account: they have different dates and are not a shared, audited measure. Celebrity Net Worth also says compensation for Lisa’s Vanderpump Rules, Vanderpump Villa, Vanderpump Dogs, and other television projects has not been publicly disclosed (Celebrity Net Worth).

How the ranking relates to the current show
Just Jared’s list dates to July 2024, between Season 11 and the Season 12 recast. It should not be read as a ranking of the current ensemble. Bravo’s official page presents Season 12 with Lisa alongside a new cast (Bravo), and Peacock’s December 12, 2025 cast guide describes the new group as SUR staff working under her (Peacock).
The Associated Press reported that the series was recast apart from Lisa, while noting that the original show debuted in 2013 as a spin-off of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Its coverage also described Ariana’s post-Scandoval opportunities and her sandwich-shop partnership with Katie Maloney (Associated Press). Those developments provide career context, but they do not update or verify the 2024 net-worth estimates.
