Who the 2024 admit-card notice covered
Jodhpur Police said admit cards would be issued on September 16, 2024, to candidates who had qualified in the computer-based test for the Driver, Horseman, Dog Squad and Band Squad categories. Contemporary coverage also described the categories as Driver, Horseman, Dog Squad and Band. The notice concerned the Constable Recruitment 2023 selection process, even though headlines commonly called it the Rajasthan Police Constable PT Admit Card 2024.

Jodhpur Police’s announcement provides local official context. News reports at the time supplied the release date and test window: NDTV and Scroll.
Test dates and recruitment vacancy figure
Reports said the Proficiency Test was to run from September 23 through September 25, 2024. The dates are historical, and no live card download is confirmed. NDTV reported 3,578 vacancies for the recruitment drive; that figure is not the number of PT candidates or admit cards issued.

How candidates were told to access and print the card
Contemporary reports described access through the Rajasthan Police website or the state recruitment portal, with candidates logging in using their credentials or SSO ID. Scroll reported these general steps for the 2024 process:
- Visit the state recruitment portal.
- Open the admit-card link and select the Constable PT admit card.
- Enter the requested login details.
- Download the card and print it.
The Times of India also advised candidates to download and print the card. These are reported 2024 instructions, not verified current portal navigation. The current Rajasthan Police recruitment and results page does not establish that the old 2024 card remains retrievable; availability of the archived card is unverified.

The surfaced sources do not provide the complete original headquarters notice or establish its full test-day document checklist, reporting times, venue directions or other test-day rules. Do not infer those details from the general download instructions.
A later rule should not be mistaken for the 2024 PT notice: Rajasthan Police Standing Order 13/2025 says, “It shall be the responsibility of the candidates to download their admission card by using application ID from the website.” That is a general provision in a 2025 order, not confirmation of how the 2024 PT card is currently accessed.
