According to Scroll’s 2023 report, candidates were to submit online applications by September 29, 2023. The separate deadline to pay the application fee was October 1, 2023. Both dates have passed, so this recruitment is not open for new applications.

- Open the Applications section and select Advertisement 08/2023.
- Complete the online form and upload the requested documents.
- Pay the applicable fee by the stated deadline and submit the application.
