PlayStation Direct’s October 4, 2026 catalog extracts do not confirm a live restock of either the PS5 Slim 30th Anniversary Edition or the 30th Anniversary DualSense. That does not prove they are unavailable: inventory changes, and the available US and UK listings are not a real-time, worldwide stock check. Verify the exact product page for your region before treating the drop as live.
Is the 30th Anniversary restock live on PS Direct?
It could not be confirmed from the official PlayStation Direct listings available for this update. The US home page and latest-products page show other current products, but their returned listings do not name the 30th Anniversary Slim console or controller. The UK storefront extract does not confirm a UK restock either. A product missing from these extracts is not proof that it is out of stock.
Check the PlayStation Direct US catalog and, if you are shopping in the UK, the PlayStation Direct UK storefront. A catalog mention alone is not enough: look for the exact anniversary product page and a purchase option. Stock and purchase limits can vary by territory and change over time. The pages cited here do not establish availability elsewhere.
How to verify a stock drop before buying
- Open PlayStation Direct for your country, rather than relying on a listing or alert from another region.
- Find the exact product: distinguish the PS5 Slim 30th Anniversary Edition console from the 30th Anniversary DualSense controller. Other limited editions are different products.
- Check the item’s own page for a purchase action, displayed price, and any purchase limit. A general catalog page or search-result excerpt does not confirm that checkout is available.
- Recheck the page immediately before checkout; inventory can change, and the cited catalog extracts do not provide a live-stock guarantee.
What the current listings do—and do not—tell you
PlayStation Direct’s US latest-products page lists some DualSense limited editions at $84 and a Marvel’s Wolverine Battle Yellow PS5 Digital Edition bundle at $649. These are prices for those listed products, not the 30th Anniversary console or controller. The returned listing does not establish an anniversary price or purchase limit. See the US latest-products page for the products and prices it currently displays.

The current US console page describes a 1 TB PS5 in the CFI-2100 model group (slim), with one DualSense controller included. It also says CFI-2100 models are compatible with CFI-2000 accessories, including console covers. These specifications belong to the current console listing; they should not be assumed to describe a distinct anniversary SKU without that product’s own page. See PlayStation Direct’s 1 TB PS5 console listing.
Alternative listings are not anniversary collectibles
If you want a controller rather than the specific anniversary design, the US DualSense controller catalog lists other colors and editions. They are alternatives for playing, not substitutes for the 30th Anniversary collectible. Check each item’s exact design, price, and availability on its own listing.

For console add-ons, PlayStation Direct’s US PS5 accessories catalog includes items such as slim console covers, a DualSense charging station, a disc drive, a vertical stand, and storage. Confirm compatibility on the specific accessory listing before purchase; a catalog category alone does not establish that every item fits a particular console.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. Why a missing listing is not a stock verdict
The official US pages’ returned catalog extracts do not name the anniversary products, and the UK storefront extract does not confirm them either. Those observations describe what the pages returned for this update; they do not establish that the items are unavailable or that a restock never occurred. The US and UK pages also cannot establish stock in another country.

Search-result crawl recency is not a reliable live inventory signal. The available extracts reported different crawl times for the storefront pages, while stock may have changed since each was captured. For a purchase decision, the exact product page and checkout availability in your own region matter more than a general catalog snapshot.
