Why vacuum packaging appears in the plan
The proposal names a vacuum food sealer as planned equipment and presents vacuum packaging as a way to support wider distribution. A 2022 community-service article also discusses vacuum food-packaging equipment in a frozen-meatball business context. That supports the equipment’s relevance to packaging, but neither source establishes a shelf life, a safe storage duration, or a validated cold-chain process for this proposal’s food.
