How can readers use this proposal as an example?

Requirements depend on the funder and the funding year. Applicants should consult the current program materials for the required form, language, eligibility, schedule, budget format, any matching or equity contribution, and evaluation criteria. For example, the 2026 National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) Competitive Grants Program guide says its prescribed form may be completed in Filipino or English and calls for a line-item budget that includes an equity equivalent to 20% of total project cost.
