The prices below are snapshots reported during the event, not guarantees that products are still discounted or in stock. Check the retailer’s live listing and price history before buying.
What happened to the Prime Day kitchen deals?
Amazon described Prime Big Deal Days as a 48-hour fall sale for Prime members, running through Oct. 7, 2026. Its official FAQ says the event ended at 11:59 p.m. PDT that Wednesday. Amazon also recommends checking a product’s Price History, which can show up to 365 days of pricing data.
The “up to 50%” savings claim belonged to NBC Selected’s Oct. 7 sale-period roundup; it is not evidence that any product still has that discount. Some retailers may continue or introduce separate markdowns after the event, but those should be treated as current only after checking the listing and its terms.
Kitchen prices reported during the event
These are examples from Bon Appétit’s Oct. 7 roundup, rather than a standardized test or a live price comparison. Its editors said their picks were products they had tested in its Test Kitchen, used at home, or trusted from consistently high-quality brands. The prices and comparisons below were reported for the sale period and may have changed.

How to decide whether a kitchen markdown is worth it
Start with the job you need done
Choose by task before comparing discounts: a blender is for blending, a multicooker for pressure cooking and related functions, a food processor for chopping and processing, and an air fryer for its particular cooking format. A large percentage off does not make an appliance useful if it does not suit what you cook.
Check capacity, footprint, and what is included
Compare the appliance’s capacity and counter or storage footprint with your kitchen and household. Confirm the functions and accessories in the exact listing; similarly named products or bundles may not contain the same parts.

Compare the live price with recent pricing
Open the current retailer page and confirm the seller, stock, and checkout price. Use Amazon’s Price History where available to compare the current offer with up to 365 days of pricing, rather than treating an old event reference price as proof of a bargain. The cited roundups do not provide one common comparative test across all these categories, so their picks should not be read as a head-to-head ranking.

NBC Selected said its Oct. 7 picks were highly rated, at least 20% off, and at their lowest price in at least three months according to its editorial process. It also promoted savings of up to 50%. Those are the publisher’s claims about its sale-period roundup, not independently verified current prices. The Oct. 7 and Oct. 8 Bon Appétit figures likewise describe reported snapshots, not ongoing offers.
